Black Ops BMX Bottom Bracket Set

Worked perfectly for my once piece crank, and cruiser frame. The black matches great with my theme, and the parts are quality. It's never been as tight, and smooth like this. I'm very impressed. It also has protectors to keep the grime out. I highly recommend this product.

I decided to wait to do this review until I put a few miles on these bearings. For the price I figured they'd get the job done, but I wasn't expecting much. They are obviously of better quality than what originally came from the manufacturer of the bike. Everything seems to fit better than OEM, and feels to be thicker gauge metal. Riding with these bearings made it feel like a whole new bike. I do occasionally ride in the rain, so I imagine in the long term I'll see a benefit from having this sealed bearing set. I'll likely update this review in time to report on how good I think the bearing stay protected from the elements.The only think I think should be noted is that the set is all black unlike shown in the picture. I can't imagine why it would actually matter, but if for some reason you want everything to be silver you'll need to keep looking.

I had to remove the old cups with a hammer and screw driver. New cups installed easily enough with a hammer and block of wood to hammer them in to place. Greased up the bearings and got everything put back together. Perfect kit to repair this!Only complaint is I had issues getting the seals line up correctly once installed but definitely not a deal breaker.

Installed on an 1980 Raleigh Supercross. Its amazing that this has seals to protect the bearings from dirt and water.

Parts fit perfect without any problems.

This will work great for my sons BMX bike. Old parts were worn and bearings started to fall out. This kit came with everything for the lower crank except for grease. I installed everything with simple hand tools. Working good so far.
