Is this model a true color display, unlike the 01036's monochrome display with a color template?
What is the maximum distance between the outside unit and the display? Does the sensor need to be in the shade?
I know the manual says batteries in the display are for backup only, but does anyone know about how long it can survive on batteries?
Replacing batteries on a roof-mounted unit is a pain. I have power there, so can it be modified easily?
