TL;DR: If you're looking for a shoe rack that is sturdier, has the ability to add on to later, and can hold your taller shoes, then this is it.Our family has a shoe problem. Like shoes on shoes on shoes. We've struggled to find a way to efficiently store the wide variety of shoes we have and needed something that would also work well for a men's size 13. The tilted shoe racks that were just metal bars were never tall enough to hold booties or heels of any kind nor could they fit any of the hubby's high tops. The plastic ones always bowed in the middle if the whole rack was filled with men's shoes. I hesitated for several days based on the price, but you get what you pay for and I was sick of throwing money at low quality shoe racks. We were very pleased after assembling this rack and filling it with shoes.Pros-Sturdy-Decent color (bought the gray version)-Holds taller shoes-Stackable-Can be angled or horizontal-Durable-Overall design is more aesthetically pleasing than cheaper racksCons-Pricier than other shoe racksUnboxing: All components were inside the box. One of the mesh bottoms had a broken piece of mesh, but it was on the bottom side so I wasn't too worried about it since it's a shoe rack and it's not meant to be beautiful and perfect. I am happy because it still meets its functional purpose without causing damage.Assembly: You are never too smart to follow the directions. Save yourself some grief and at least review them prior to assembling. I didn't and ended up needing to disassemble and start over. Oops.First impressions: We love it. We assembled it with the shelves horizontal, no tilt.It is tall enough for women's heels and platforms. Height measurement between shelves is approximately 7.75". Shelf length measurement is approximately 35". Holds four pairs of men's shoes on a shelf, but can hold 7 or 8 pairs if you stack one shoe on top of the other. All personal preference in how you want them sitting on the shelf. Can easily fit shoe boxes on this rack as well.The shelves are pretty sturdy and as of a month's worth of use, there is no bow to any of the shelves. Even if over time they bow under sustained weight, I foresee us just taking the bowed shelf off and bending it back into shape since this is made out of metal. The rack does not have any front to back rock going on so I"m confident that this shelf will not fall over under normal use.Addressing some poor reviews: Does it sway when you pull on it? Yes. Is that something that makes me feel like it is going to fall over? No. This rack comes with the kit that will allow you to secure it to the wall (just like all tall shelving does) so if you feel like this is a safety risk, then mount it to the wall. If the shelf were to fall on your kid because you chose not to utilize the safety feature that they send with it, then that's on you.

Shoe rack was easy to assemble and sturdy! LOVE how you can change the angle of the shelf too! It is easier to fit the shoes, when tilted with an angle.

The item was very easy to put together. Very sturdy. Buying another one.

We have a number of shoe racks that we've purchased through the years in this price range. None of them come close to this product/brand in terms of fit/finish. It went together perfectly. The finish on the product was flawless. And the mesh racking is very sturdy. I was very impressed.

This is a good stackable metal shoe rack. It has the shelf option to tilt or lay flat. It’s easy to assemble. Comes with all hardware needed. I purchased two of the five tier shoe racks and stacked them. I also left out one shelf because I needed two shelves for boots and bags. Keep in mind that the seller recommends only stacking two units. In whatever combo you choose. Which is why you only get two of the plastic connectors per unit. So if you’re wanting to stack let’s say three units then you will come up short two plastic connectors. The seller will send you more plastic connectors but you will need to pay a $10 shipping fee. I did not come up short of the plastic connectors but I did request and received two more connectors because I did not want to reinforce the stacked shoe rack to the wall. So instead I placed three of the plastic connectors on each side to stack instead of just two on each side. All in all I’m very happy with this shoe rack. I now have a good storage place for my shoes and bags with plenty of room. I love it! Plus I received good customer service from SONGMICS.

I never write reviews but I freaking LOVE this product! I have a lot of shoes and I like being able to see all of them in order so I did a lot of online research checking out different shoe racks/organizers both in store and online and went with this one.SUPER easy to assemble. I’m 5’4” and 120 pounds and I assembled It by myself in probably 15 minutes. All you do is screw in each shelf to the sides and that’s literally it. I also appreciate the option to have the shelves slanted or leveled straight.As far as sturdiness goes, it’s a shoe rack, it’s meant for shoes. I saw some reviews where people were using it for storage and complaining that heavy items wouldn’t hold up. Well it’s for shoes people so when you use it for what it’s meant for it’s meeting it’s expectations. Idk why people say well if I shake it or bump it then it might come apart. 1 - don’t shake or bump it. 2 - it’s not going to fall apart if you screw it together right.There were some minor scratches on the pieces when it arrived but people who deduct a star for that are kind of stuck up in my opinion because you’re not buying it pre assembled in store you’re having it shipped and putting it together yourself. When I was putting It together I noticed I caused a few nicks from not being more careful so who knows if these people are being honest or not. And lastly, honestly, who cares if there’s a few scratches. I’m not buying this as a fashion piece. I’m looking at the shoes on it, not the tiny scrapes on the base.Get real people.

The shoe rack was easy enough to assemble, no real instructions and it took a few tries to figure it out. Comfortably fits four pair of shoes per shelf (adult shoe sizes 10-13) and there's enough room to fit some lower profile shoes on the floor under the bottom rack.Nice appearance, decently sturdy. Love that each shelf is made of small perforated metal material, would hold heels well without falling through. This rack comes in different configurations and has the option to add additional shelves.Happy with this shoe rack and would recommend it.

All the product that I give and 5x I would recommend them to family and friends I really enjoy those products the one thing that I return I didn't like them, it was hard to understand so I just return it

Very good quality compared to the other show racks I browsed on Amazon, very sturdy and the metal is a good material. It fit all of my shoes and left an extra rack for house guests.The item was also double boxed which was nice. Please make sure you ask for the delivery to be put at the back door or somewhere hidden. It is delivery in a very big box, probably the size of a small door

It was very easy to assemble and came with everything you’ll need. I didn’t use the attachment for the wall to make it even more sturdy because it was good as is. But that depends if you’ll be putting a lot of heavy shoes on it. You can fit 4 pairs of men’s size 10 shoes per tier. Or around 5 pairs of women’s size 7 shoes. Worth the money as it also looks nice. Will definitely buy another in the future when needed.

Very happy with this item. Much better than the last one I ordered and returned. Not too bad to assemble although the screw holes didn’t match up perfectly every time. Much sturdier than the last one I ordered and returned.

Hello, I would like to make a suggestion, if you would increase the space between the shelves by 3/4" it would fit 6 size 11 men shoe boxes turned on the side on one shelf, instead of only 4 pairs of men shoes, other than that I'm pleased with the purchase so far. I stacked 2x5 shelves shoe racks
