KraftEasy Mac Original Macaroni and Cheese Dinner 18 Microwaveable Single Serve Packs

I love this product, which reminds me of the 'Kraft Dinner' of my Canadian childhood, and have bought it twice through Amazon. Unfortunately this time there were only 13 portions instead of the advertised 18 in the box. As the box was intact, undamaged, I must conclude that there was a machinery malfunction in the originating factory. However, this is the third time over the years, and twice recently, that there has been a shortfall in a purchase from Amazon, all of them food items. I've finally learnt my lesson.

As an American living in the UK this hit the spot and tastes like home. It is a bit pricey and of course not restaurant style or quality but that is to be expected. Definitely brought me back to my childhood eating this after school, loved it!

Very easy to make quick dinner/lunch. Very expensive though.

I thought it was in cups but they weren’t. Still a good product.

Scrapped the instructions and tipped out most of the water once cooked and did it the regular way you would with the box version - add butter and milk before adding the cheese. Boom, perfect taste of childhood.I'd say four of these pouches is about half of the standard box size. Recommended for light snack during work or something.

I’m Canadian living in the uk and in my hunt for reasonably priced Kraft dinner this is the closest thing I have found. They aren’t like the boxes that you do on the stove, you microwave them for 2 mins and you can definitely tell in the texture of the actual pasta. However this is the first KD I’ve bought over here that hasn’t tasted horrendously garlicky to fit European food standardsTastes like home 9/10 defo recommended

I make a fantastic pasta and cheese and always have some vacuum sealed packages in my freezer for last minute dinners. But, I grew up on the blue boxes of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, usually sharing a box with one of my sisters after school. I made it for my daughter for special occasions and she makes it for her kids as well even though she also makes a mean pasta and cheese. I have to add that we always add vegetables. For the past year, I've been purchasing assorted prepackaged mac and cheese options and I've learned what works for us and what does not work for us. I do not like the packages with a cheese sauce at all and my neighbors are happy for that because they accept them in the bags of food I share. I tried this box of 18 individual servings because they have less packaging, are prepared in the microwave and involve only a bowl, spoon and glass for measuring 2/3 cup of water. No cover for the bowl, nothing else added unless you want vegetables and I'd suggest adding them after the package is prepared.First of all, the water boils violently, so use a bowl larger than you think you need. Watch it carefully the first time you prepare one so you can stop the microwave if necessary unless you don't mind losing some of the starchy water and having to clean the microwave interior. Secondly, the bowl will be HOT, so watch younger kids who might want to prepare these on their own. Those are my only warnings. After 3.5 minutes, the pasta is likely done, so remove the bowl, add the powdered cheese powder, stir, wait a minute, add what you want to add, eat. It is salty, my only real criticism. The look and taste is very similar to the blue boxes of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese and you have a single serving which prevents eating more than you really need or want to eat for a meal or heavier snack. The school aged and younger kids love these and they take up no space in the refrigerator, freezer, and require no reheating the next day. Just open another packet if you are so inclined and repeat. These are not the nutritious meals I like to prepare, serve or consume, but for their ease, taste, satisfaction, reduced packaging and cost, I think they are one of the best in this category.

My son loves this. He can make it himself, and prefers it over it over the individual cups. Wish it was still sold in local stores

I took a long hiatus from KD but these caught my eye for convenience reasons. That nostalgic taste came back to me and I've been hooked ever since. It's so simple to prepare and the taste is delicious. I usually add a tiny knob of butter or a laughing cow cheese wedge to add creaminess. These are always stocked in my pantry now
