This timer is controlling a couple strings of lights in the backyard. It has been in use for over 10 months. No problems. Easy to set on/off times. Easy to read dial and set time of day.

This is a quality timer product at a very good price. I would purchase again.

Used for pool timer. Worked fine for one season. Stored indoor over winter. Lasted 1 month this season before failed. I guess it's worth the money though.

After many years of service my old timers finally decided to retire. I checked local stores but couldn’t find a timer that met my expectations.1) this one is a 1-on-1 replacement for the one I had2) it has an easy to use flip up cover3) it has two outlets4) the pigtail i.e. the cord is adequately long enough to reach the outlet (many others only have a 6” cord, that is vey unpractical)5) it comes with multiple red/green triggers so you can set multiple on/off cycles6) it has a slotted hole on the back to hang it upIt took less than a minute to set this up and connect it.

I use this timer for my pump in my pond. I had a similar unit in the past and the timer lasted over 10 years outdoors. I hope this will last as long. I don’t use digital timers because after a blackout they don’t reset themselves. This type of mechanical timer is great.

Rating applies both to seller and Amazon. Timer came without appropriate plastic on/off time setting pegs, rendering device useless for application. Seemed like an easy fix (just send me a few cheap plastic pegs), so I contacted seller (NSI) via email using contact info. provided by Amazon. Decided to follow up by phone today. Turns out that the contact information provided through Amazon is for ANOTHER NSI, a fingernail tech company that knows nothing about timers and who isn't exactly pleased that their email/phone systems have been flooded with communications unrelated to their business, and that Amazon has yet to resolve the issue. So I track down the proper NSI/Tork company (in NC, only to be told that the timer is made overseas, that they have no spare parts in inventory to send, and that I have to return the item, order a new one and hope for the best. No thanks! Get your acts together TORK/NSI and Amazon. My time is too valuable to waste.

product is good. the first one came in defective with the on/off switch malfunctioning. i asked for a replacement and all is fine. in both cases, i received the items in the original box with no protection for excessive vibration and completely without any regard for damages that might be caused by shipping conditions that might cause electronic damages. SHIPPER SHOULD BE MORE CAUTIOUS AND PUT MORE PROTECTION (PADDING AND CUSHION) WHEN THEY SHIP THE PRODUCT. FRAGILE
