Good Quality
I've been using AprolAire humidifier for many years and it always is up to spec. I would not buy another brand. Plastic frame is a bit fragile.

Same as original equipment
I have an AprilAire 400A that needed a replacement water tray. This came with everything. you need from hoses, two filters, compression fitting, strainer and original factory users manual. Easy assembly and worked the first time installed, no leaks. If you are just a little bit handy this is probably at most a 15 minute task. Basically makes the humidifier perform like new. If you still have a problem, check if the solenoid controlling the water flow is operational.

I have literally renewed the old frame and parts (model 400) with floaters which fulfilled their lifespan since the original installation. New unit seems to be working fine.
