Poor quality control
Arrived with one of the hooks at the end of one of the chains missing. Pretty obvious manufacturing defect, this is not something that could have been missed by quality control (which makes me think there likely isn't any...). I contacted the vendor but they weren't interested in sending the missing S-hook, they just said return the item to Amazon - so I did, and bought one from someone else after I got my refund.

Very good product
We use this safety chain because it is ajustable for any car or truck and easy and fast to put on.Very pleased with the product and use it on all our tow dollies and trailers we manufacturer.
