I purchased this item for several reasons. I have had several folding canes previously.1. This can has an alarm. When i have falled before no one has heard me calling for help.2. The light helps tremendously especially in the evening or a darkened walkway3. I enjoy having The Choice of which bottom I want on my cane. This allows me the opportunity to order a new bottom while still being able to use my cane.In short, this cane has many extras, has been well thought for people needing this item, and is priced below its value as well asThank you. below most of its competitors.

I really like this foldable walking cane, great features that really add to its functionality. I also like that it cane comes with 2 types of bases - a single and a four-point base. There are no instructions in the box to show how and where to install batteries so it took awhile to figure out location of battery compartment (Top of handle slides off) and what size batteries (3AAA batteries) to use; this info is only available on the Amazon ad. Once that was done, LED light and alarm works fine. There are no instructions or carrying bag. Additionally, the Amazon ad shows a 3 year warranty for cane, however, there is no reference to this warranty on the box and no info about a warranty comes with the cane so the verdict is out on how well (longevity) the product works or the validity of a 3 year warranty and what it covers.

thank you so much.. i bought this as a gift for my grandma when i go back to my country for a vacation.. i tested the item very well.. the only downside is the batteries... if only the seller would give complimentary batteries that would be a PLUS... but i am greatly satisfied with this and would recommend this product to people who needs it.. it is sturdy and portable.. you can actually fit it in your bag.

THE MULTI SURVIVAL FEATURES {light, warning light, siren} failed to work on two survival canes {the initial purchase and the replacement}. The springs were loose on the replacement. I do not know what the problem is with these canes. CLEARLY, HAVING A PRODUCTION BACKGROUND IN QUALITY CONTROL, THE PRODUCERS DO NOT HAVE AN EFFECTIVE INSPECTION SYSTEM. WHEN THE HANDLE IS ASSEMBLED IT WOULD TAKE LITTLE TIME TO CHECK THE ELECTRICAL FEATURES TO DETERMINE IF THEY ARE WORKING. I would think Amazon might want to discontinue this product until they prove reliability to save Amazon and customers time and money. I DO WANT TO THANK AMAZON FOR A SPEEDY OVER NIGHT ADJUSTMENT FROM MY DOOR.

The concept is great because it is more stable than a single knob at the end of a cane. The light is a good idea but the result is that the handle is flimsy and comes apart if the cane falls. I have a feeling the plastic head will not outlast many falls. So I have to be careful to lean it against something

I recently injured my back and need to get a cane to help recover my back while walking , this cane does its job, very light and can be folded and store in my carrying bag, A+, the main feature is its height can be adjusted which is something I needed. it didn't include any instruction so it takes a little time at first trying to figure out how everything work, simple and self-explanatory.

I have really one complaint about this cane. Maybe I’m alone in having numerous instances where I knock the cane over. It’s VERY easy to knock it over, as the base is light and doesn’t compensate for it being somewhat top heavy in relation to the bottom. When the handle hits the floor, the battery cover comes off and usually one of the batteries go flying. I Iost one of my rechargeable batteries underneath my washing machine. I shouldn’t have to put a rubber band around the handle...

Bought this cane when I was recovering from a leg injury. Super affordable price and I love the light feature! The only issue I have was after I dropped it on accident the emergency light/alarm stopped working. So be careful about wear you keep it and make sure it doesn't fall on its side.
