Ozark Trail 20' x 10' Dark Rest Instant Cabin Tent, Sleeps 12

Definitely water resistant and wind resistant. It had a defect on the bars we had to fix but it wasn’t that big a deal. We were not able to tighten it enough so I need to figure that out. Good value for money and got the job done.What I did not like: top ceiling of tent has vents that you cannot shut. This made the tent very cold at night in the mountains of Colorado last night. There is no way to close the vents. Only half of it has a zipper. This is not a defect and how the tent is made. We night another tent at the same time. That tent had no ventilation in the roof (only window zipper ventilation) and stayed a lot more warmer than this tent. We did get wind and rain and it was durable through both (with rain cap above tent).Overall, decent quality and easy set up but not good for cold weather.

Good size tent, structure should be a bit more sturdy. The poles should support the tent a bit more. Hard to fold and put away.

Just received the tent today. I’m unbelievably happy with everything about it. It was well packaged and protected, and everything was in the box. Setting up only took 5 minutes by myself, including taking off all the protective cardboard and tape from shipping. The fabric seems very durable but also lightweight. The dark rest spray had a few pin holes and seams that others have stated, but nothing that made a noticeable difference or compromised the tent in anyway. The space is amazing, I was able to fit 3 queen sized air mattresses and still had room to walk throughout the tent freely. I’m 6’5 and am able to walk from one end of the tent to the other without having to duck anywhere. All the zippers work great and smooth, the floor is nice and thick, and the rain fly was easy to put on the tent in the low position. The stakes included are nice and sturdy but I’ll be upgrading to the ozark secure lock stakes because I camp on windy and wet areas often. My favorite feature by far is the darkness and coolness inside. I set it up at 230pm when the sun was beaming down full strength, and inside looked as if it was 730 at night. It was also 89° outside, but inside the tent after 45 minutes was 73°. I also love that there are 18 separate ventilation areas so you can customize your lights and air flow inside the tent. 10/10 have already recommended to 7 other people since opening that are in the market for a new tent. I’m hoping to have this for a long time, would definitely buy again.

We have only used the tent twice. The locking mechanism is missing from one of the poles so it constantly collapse there, we thought we did something wrong last time. This time after a rain shower I awoke to drops of water on my face. Our last tent lasted 6 years, this one doesn't even compare.

Great tent, easily fits 3 queen-size air mattresses. Me and my daughter and our three full size dogs had no problem for our week-long camping trip. Held up to the wind 25 to 45 mph no issues, no leaks from the rain, holds heat at night very good. During the day it is nicely belated and you can unzip the top panels for extra circulation. Blocks the Sun out nicely. It took about 10 minutes to put up and about 10 minutes to take down and put back in the bag

Its not a tent...its a house. Its a tent no doubt but it's soooo big that it's a small trailer size house length wise tall wise I'm 5'9 and i easily stand up in it and i have a cat tree that is a cat hotel with 2 houses and a perch and it is on just one end of the tent its big its pop up its easy to assemble and Its got allot of windows and a door on each side so its big you could put a picknick table inside and still have enough room for your bed that's a king size and have no problems. Its awesome you buy this thing you won't regret it.

Easy to put up. Has a bunch of holes throughout the tent though. No way to have it replaced for warranty. This is the first time putting it up
