I usually use Elixer Phosphorus Bronze - Medium Gauge. These are good and play well. I wish I had been able to get them in Med Gauge for a proper comparison but they play and sound nice

The strains are not stretchingin constantly and And a hold tune Prettywell.

These are quality phosphor bronze light gauge coated strings. They have a nice bright sound and feel comfortable for long playing sessions. I'm using them on a parlor sized all mahogany guitar that I usually use with similar priced Elixir Nanoweb strings, and I find them comparable. These strings are rather elaborately packaged, almost as though they're designed for gifting. That includes a reusable leather pouch with a spring top closure that I suppose you can keep spare strings or picks in. On a more functional level, the strings are vacuum packed to keep them fresh, which is a good thing. The strings come coiled together and not individually packaged like most strings do, which saves paper. The ball ends are color coded so you know which goes where. Not hard to figure out. So these are good strings. I wonder if they'd be cheaper if they weren't so elaborately packaged, which would make them a more attractive deal.

Very nicely made and presented, great gift for your favorite guitar player!Sometimes coated strings have a negative affect on tone or sustain, these don't seem to have those issues.Hopefully the coating holds up and lasts a long time, so far so good!

I like these strings both for playability and sound. I had never heard of this brand but after using these strings I would consider buying again.
