Seriously warped plastic, instructions would be nice.
Overall, this was a poor purchase. Will it work, yeah. Did it take an insane amount of time to assemble due to quality issues? Yes. First off, no instructions or QR code that I could find. Whatever, I a. master automotive technician, I can figure it out. The good? I eventually got it assembled. It can be done, hang in there, folks! The bad: The upright stanchions and the top tier is of this three tier cart were warped. The whole thing was kind of a mess of warped plastic. So, nothing fit together without a rubber mallet and someone helping to twist the pieces into proper orientation for assembly. I suspect it had a hairline crack in it from shipping because during the process of assembling the warped plastic, a crack started showing in the bottom tier. Two of the supplied fasteners had mangled threads and I had to improvise with a trip to the hardware store. The crack that showed up probably isn't terribly structural, but the overall fit and finish of the product was like a Chinese knock-off of a Chinese knock-off. It'll get the job done, so two stars for not a complete failure.

Ok I bought this because I need to take tons of product from my storage to the shop floor and lable it all this really serves that purpose also some of the product is large 50lb boxes of clay, this really saves my back.

Not too bad
Not too bad. Instructions are typical and very poor. Doesn't take too long to assemble and it's sturdy. Can recommend.

I wasn’t impressed…
The media could not be loaded. First and foremost, mine has a issue where the front wheels vibrate the whole cart like crazy and is pretty noisy. (Which is embarrassing being so noisy around my coworkers who are trying to work). I blame the issue on the fact that (like others experienced) the parts came warped. The wheels probably aren’t straight, resulting in what you see. It happens even when I put heavy stuff in the cart. I also blame the fact that the instructions were useless. Maybe something was put on the wrong way causing the issue? Who knows… I will attempt to replace the plastic wheels with aired up wheels which may fix the problem… The screw holes also didn’t line up, so my cart only has one side actually screwed in. Somehow the top feels secure despite that, so I’ve just rolled with it haha.Overall, I believe I probably just got a bad example. Maybe you would receive a better product. But I can only speak on what I personally received, and this I would not recommend…

Nice utility cart 3 shelf type
Great cart with one defective leg that I had to trim to make it work. Disappointed it the quality control but ok for the most part.

Parts don't fit....screw holes don't align
Bought this to hold fairly light materials or else I'd pack it up and return it.First...the instructions say you need a mallet and a Phillips screw driver to assemble. You also need a 9/16th wench or ratchet wrench. They do not suppy even a cheap assembly wrench. The wrench is a must ir attaching the casters. I expected all the casters to rotate but only 2 of the 4 do.Second....the directions for attaching the top shelf are wrong, plus the pieces are not meant to fix together. The legs attach to the bottom of the top shelf with 3 screws per leg. The top shelf has extruded holes for these screws, however, the holes in the legs do not nor ever could align with the shelf holes. I could get only one screw in each leg because one of the holes did align. The other two were in a completely different pattern, as though they sent me the wrong legs.Third....You must pound the handle on to the top shelf. No amount of pounding, vise grips, or c clamps would bring the handle to the position that was intended. If it looked like it was in place, as soon as tension was removed, the handle slipped back. Now, the handle is on sufficiently to serve its purpose, again, not much weight.Conclusion....If you need a cart for an industrial setting and/or to handle weight, pay a bit more and get a better cart.
