It was used at a wedding I was at recently and I immediately purchased it for myself , the pictures come out very cute on the printable paper . It's fun for kids scrapbooks in school and adults who like to keep memories too . The quality of the camera its self is very light and compact . Good value for money too as you get extra rolls of paper . You can take normal pics too without them printing

Bought this for a young child who is showing some interest in photography and he loved it. Took many pictures on it and the rolls of paper didn’t last long but easy to find replacements. Image quality depends on the lighting but all in all it was a fun well received gift.

Any kid will love this as it is easy to use and the print outs are such fun! I gave this to a 7b year old to try out and they adored it! Many hours of photo taking with the best ones printed off an stuck in her scrap book! The B&W looks cool as it is but the coloured pens are a nice touch as it extends the play value by having them colour in their printouts. I loved the choice of border frames for the photos too. Looks like replacement paper is cheap and easy to get, but it comes with 3 big rolls so that should keep them going for a while. You can download the pictures in colour if you want, but I think the fun for the kids will be in using it independently and not needing to get anyone to help with the printing.

Also, the camera lacks colour printing, so if your child expects colourful prints, this may be a bit of a let down. Additionally, though the photo quality is good for kids, it’s not as crisp as a regular digital camera. Overall, though, this camera is a great value, and it’s perfect for young children who want to explore photography and have fun capturing their world.

When reviewing this camera, I had to constantly remind myself that it is a budget childrens toy.It is based on the old tried and tested Polaroid instamatic where the picture is instantly printed out which is a definate hit with the kids.It has four features including taking photos, shooting video, 4 games & an mp3 music player.The picture resolution can be changed between 1 - 8MP and Video resolution 1080 or 720p.The picture quality even at 8MP is poor with colour smeary it is really noticable on a pc monitor but remember this is a kids toy so they wont be looking at quality.The video quality is a bit better but ok for a kids toy.The 4 games on it will keep the kids amused for a while but the main feature the kids will love is the built in printer. This is a thermal printer much like on a till roll at the supermarket checkout.The printer has two modes of Grey print or Dot Print. As name implies dot print is a dot matrix pitcure where Grey Print gives a continious print with fewer dots between.When connected to computer via USB C lead, it appeard as a USB flash drive with three folders (See Picture) From here all of yor media can be manipulated. Note, when connected to PC no other functions will work.In summary, this is a multifunctional device that will keep the kids happy for a while. Worth shortlisting.
