I was originally hesitate to order as not that many reviews but for the price and date of shipment I moved forward. When there was an issue with the product customer service rectified it immediately and professionally. Much appreciated. It’s a great set. It does take time though to put it together but well worth it.

The set came fast but there are a lot of pieces to put together!!! In the summer heat it can be frustrating.Overall, it turned out great. The directions were straight forward. And I’m happy with it. I just wished the pieces snapped together- gotta screw everything in.

I purchased this outdoor sectional to fill a large gravel area in our backyard. This was one of the best prices I could find. Assembly took about 2 hours and you do need am extra set of hands for some of the pieces. Love how you can configure it in different ways and it is quite comfortable. We've gotta a great deal of use out of it so far! The cons: the pillows are nearly impossible to keep in place. The seat cushions have pieces to secure them down, but the back pillows do not. The cushions are also quite thin. For the price, this is a great value item and looks great, but if you're looking for something to withstand time, wind gusts or long-term comfort, you may want to look elsewhere.

This sectional is a lovely addition to our deck! It even arrived a couple of days before it was scheduled to. Yay!! There was a slight issue with a corner piece missing the bottom footpad once it was assembled, but I contacted the company, and customer service quickly resolved the issue by replacing the entire corner sectional piece. The cushions are very comfortable and the sectional itself is pretty durable. I assembled the entire sectional myself and it wasn't that bad once I got the hang of it. It may have taken me a couple of hours or so, by taking my time. I would definitely recommend this item.

We purchased this and halfway through putting it together by following the directions there was a broken piece. Tried reaching out to the seller for a replacement into this day have not heard back! Would definitely not recommend this product. The cushions are very cheap and do not stand place.
