I really really wanted to love this bed. My daughter gets really scared and makes me sleep in her room some nights. (PTSD) So I bought this bunk bed thinking she could have "cafe benches" when friends are over. Putting it together wasn't too horrid but not great. Honestly the baskets are the worst they have little clips that hold them together so if u have trouble with your hands that's going to be impossible. My brother came over and helped me with securing it to the wall. One strap completely came off the screw so that one is obsolete, the others holding strong. But when getting down after making the bed I started to fall off the ladder (which is actually hard to climb) I started to fall and the one side of the top railing broke. I contacted customer service they had to send an entire new bed for me to replace one piece. Now I had to schedule a pick up through a different company which was supposed to get it today (almost a month after buying this bed) and they called (I haven't received a call) and now I have to reschedule a pick up. I spoke with customer service and they are refunding up to 20 percent which is only 62$. After sleeping in the bottom half I wake up with major back and neck pains. Which yes I already have back problems but I swear this bed makes it worse. Honestly I'm thinking this bed isn't worth any of the trouble and I wish I never bought it. Definitely the worst purchase I've ever made. Spend the money elsewhere.

The media could not be loaded. Time of shipping was fair. Was delivered in 2 shipments over 2 days period. All hardware comes in bigger box. Determined to hv this bed put together before my daughter got out of school, I put this bed together myself. It is not extremely “sturdy”as I kept repeating in the video I meant durable bc the bed does wobble a tad. I do suggest drilling to the wall for more support. One of the screws would not screw in but hey it works. I would have hoped to find the seat/bedding for the bottom benches in the section that says usually “bought together”. Instructions are pictures and easy to follow. I would suggest a power drill it just makes the build easier. However I did use the tool it came with and managed to get the job done. There were some extra screws, I appreciate the back up. My 7 yr olds room is really small but it fits with a bit extra space for more furniture. I think they could have easily added 2 more baskets as both fits great underneath one bench. My girl loves her bed so…it works for the time being. Looks like picture

Why the hell would it not come with the cushions? Completely misleading.

The product is what you would expect for a child's bed. Sturdy enough but cheap materials. Should last a few years but I would expect longer. Maybe less if your kids are rough on it. Assembly takes like 1 hour, 45 mins with 2 people. The baskets are the worst part if you have arthritis in your fingers.The biggest issue is the description does not mention cushions either to include them or not. My wife and I took a gamble to learn there are not cushions included. The seats measure 26 in by 39 in and the center piece to make it a bed is 12 in by 39 in. Not exactly standard cushions so expect to pay another $150 to $350 depending on quality and quantity of cushions you order.
