Heil 1171734 Circuit Board

Two days before Christmas my smoke alarms in my house goes off and a strong smell of something burning. I shut off main breaker and started searching for the source. After checking everything in the house i headed to the attic. It didn't take long to follow the smell. After pulling the panel off of the ac/ heater unit there the electrical supply and breaker cutoff is located, i found this control board almost completely in ashes and wires melted with the inside of the panel scorched badly with black soot. Called around,of course this had to happen on a Saturday afternoon, nobody has the part and could not order it till Wednesday (the day after Christmas) and would take 3 to 4 days to get. I was going to be without heat for about a week. Took model number and fod part number online, typed the number in on Amazon and there it was, guaranteed delivery by Monday. Awsome! Ordered it immediately, had it in hand 9am Monday morning. Matched my old part perfectly, at least what was left of it. Installation was simple, had to cut and splice a few melted wires, gald the put wiring diagrams on the outer panel of unit. I was quoted between $200 up to $300 for this part locally. Big savings here. It workes flawlessly, don't hesitate to buy!
