I love this ice maker. It's easy to use, not noisy to me, considering that the ice has to be moved once it's made, into the basket, so it can make more, that should be expected. The flavor is great, and I've read a lot of reviews of people saying you can't freeze it, because it melts and sticks together, I've found that if you use COLD WATER out of the fridge, it makes ice faster, if you let it cycle 4-5 times and start putting it in a baggie with the sides folded down, so the air can get to it, it WILL freeze hard. I don't have a problem with it breaking into a bunch of little pieces, or sticking all together, because by the time I let it cycle 4-5 times again, the first ice in the freezer is frozen hard, and I shake the bag as I'm emptying the 2 in so it helps with the 2nd batch freezing faster. Then, I rotate the bag a couple of times open it back up, so air can get to it to harden it up, and it's great. I eat a lot of ice. I'm anemic so I *crave* ice. I LOVED Sonic ice, went through a bag in 1½-2 days. I like mine better. Especially when I'm not making ice to have in the freezer for bringing with me when I go somewhere, and the basket is full, and it stops making it because it needs emptied... And it's kinda melted, and *chewy* yeah, that sounds weird to say, but it's that texture that I like. :)Bottom line is... I love this ice maker. It's small, and compact compared to others, but don't let that stop, or fool you. It's fast if you use *COLD* water, and just try what I've suggested. Hopefully, you'll see the difference in it, VS not. Everybody's different, water is and tastes different. I don't think you'll be dissatisfied with this one. Definitely worth every penny spent to me. I've used it every day since I got it, and not 1 issue so far.

I love the pebble ice maker. I actually bought 2 of them. I keep one on my deck in the summertime and I have one in my kitchen. The pebble ice in my opinion is so much better than the large chunky ice cubes that come from ice cube trays. I like not having ice cube trays taking up space in my freezer. I recommend using the gallon of drinking water you get at the grocery store, to fill. I have well water and used that a couple of times and the minerals and rust particles clogged it up. A good cleaning with vinegar took care of the problem. I contacted customer service and sent them a video of the sound it was making they responded immediately and advised to clean in vinegar. Worked like a charm. It’s does make a sound when running, but it is not too loud. The machine will automatically shut off if the ice begins to back up. As the ice melts it will remake on its own. I also fill a few freezer bags with extra ice to keep in the freezer. I highly recommend this product.

This is a great ice machine in most ways. It makes beautiful crushed ice, is compact, and is easy to clean. The price isn't bad either. The biggest problem is the tiny reservoir. It's a pain to refill and needs near-constant topping off. Still, for 1-2 people it's a great machine.

Whenever I make a purchase I always check the reviews. This machine had some mixed reviews but most were good. I have bought several other nugget ice makers in the past and they did not last. From the time I bought them they made noise or just stopped working within a few months. This little ice maker is the best one so far. It's very compact on my counter and so easy to use. It doesn't keep the ice frozen but as the ice melts it will make more. Sometimes the ice gathers in the middle where it comes out and it triggers the ice full sensor. The ice is soft, easy to chew. Some of the reviews said that it had trouble making ice or it took a long time. I have found it to be the exact opposite. I think it makes ice quickly. If your on the fence about this machine I definitely recommend going for it.

Overall this does an ok job. When first turned on, the machine churns out ice comparable to shaved ice. It takes a while to make cubed shaped ice. I’m not sure if it is because the machine isn’t quite cold enough in the beginning. But because it is also LOUD, I don’t leave it on full time. I only turn it on when I need it.

Absolutely love this ice machine. The ice is perfect size for us. So easy to use. Easy cleaning and zero leaks. I used distilled water in it and the ice taste amazing.

I've had this machine for about a month now bought it to replace my bullet ice machine. I absolutely love this one so much more. It's prefect for our household. It makes ice pretty fast witch is nice with 5 people drinking a lot of water throughout the day I never find the ice bucket empty. Others said it was loud but mine isn't really that loud a lot quieter then my previous ice machine. Im very happy with this product and I would highly recommend it to others.
