I actually really love this stuff. I use odorant as well and though I try this out too. The smell doesn’t linger but it does get rid of an odor. From what I can see stains as well. I use it for my bathroom because I have a lot of boys. So no more hydrogen peroxide for me ! I would definitely recommend this product . Only thing I disliked was the spray Lee acutely leaks. . It wasn’t attached to the bottle it was floating around in the box so I think it got damaged .

Great stuff , smells great but the bottle is cheap and leaks !!

I can't be 100% on how well it works, but I did just use about half the bottle. It does smell truly fantastic. I can't say much about the enzyme cleaning properties, but I suppose time will tell if this room stays smelling better. The bottle is trash. Literally, put it in anything else. I struggled with it for about 15 minutes before I poured it into a $1 plant mister bottle I got from Walmart, and that works amazing. The kitschy bottle is cool, but I think we should be going for function over form here.

Bought this to try out. It works well! Removed soap scum and residue from bathtub. Has a pleasant smell. Took off one star because the top sometimes comes loose while spraying and doesn’t really tightly screw on.

I didn't buy this because of the silly looking bottle, and not because of the buzzwords plastered all over it (enzymatic molecular blah blah, professional grade, blah blah, "best" - that's a BIG blah blah blah, etc etc). Those words are a common claim on products of this type. I bought it out of sheer desperation because NOTHING I've tried has worked yet on eliminating the stench of the cat urine that I clean up multiple times a day, every day - and I've tried EVERYTHING, store bought and homemade. This particular stuff doesn't work either, and it smells pretty bad on it's own. To add insult to injury, the bottle itself is miserable. It's hard to grip (at least with my small hand) anywhere but right under the spray nozzle, which has a collar for turning it that has sharp edges which cut into the palm of my hand. The nozzle itself leaks where it screws on to the bottle and loosens up while you spray. After struggling with it for awhile, I poured the liquid into another bottle. Didn't make the product itself function any better though.

We had a toilet overflow while we were gone, gross, I know, anyway I tried everything, bleach, baking soda with vinegar, different products sold here and nothing worked to get that damn urine smell out, I thought I would try this one and it worked perfect, no smell whatsoever, it says it works for animal urine as well so if you have an animal I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this

This multipurpose cleaner gets the job done and smells decent, too. I have one in revery bathroom & the kitchen.
