This paper was described as 40# paper, but it is thinner than any of the other 40# kraft paper rolls I've been using for over 2 years now. It works well enough, but I have found I prefer the weight of 40# paper. This acts more like 30# kraft papers I've used in the past. It crumples a bit too much.

Perfect! Not to thin or too thick. So can use to ship big items and smaller more delicate items.

I use this paper in my chicken coop roost area. Makes life so much easier then shavings. I don't even use shavings in my chicken coop. I line the floor in the roost area and when I clean the coop out once a week, I just roll it all up and through it in the green waste. Have a little hand broom to get what little didn't stay on the paper. I also put coop deodorizer on top of the paper and my coop stays fresh and not smelly.

I purchased this item to cover the bottom of a very large walk in bird enclosure for our Umbrella cockatoo, and it works great. Unless he spills a lot of water or I leave the paper in too long, nothing really soaks through it. Its a nice weight, but not like a thick card stock. You could easily wrap packages with this and its not so thin it would tear at every seam. The roll is humongous, and heavy. I just leave it in a separate room and unroll what i need but it would be nice to have the roll holder/dispenser, however that takes up even more space. I think the price is great, especially considering it shipped free with Prime. The only issue I have with the item, and this may be something with every craft roll is that when Im unrolling it, I hold the plastic piece at the core (where you would load it on to a dispenser) and the plastic piece easily pops out, which causes things to wiggle around and sometimes the paper rips. Of course this may be more my problem for not using the proper dispenser apparatus but none the less, its annoying. I think if the core of the roll was one large plastic "thing" rather than just a small plastic circle at each end of the roll, it would be more stable. overall great product.

I have has this roll for months and I am still using it. This roll has lasted me forever. It is also great to tear and great overall.

Loved the quantity and quality for the price. We used this paper to decorate our folding tables for our rustic wedding. Perfect table decoration functional table cover and easy to toss afterwards. The rest of the roll will be great craft paper for the kids.
