**UPDATE: It's been a few months... We are still very pleased with this mattress... Comfortable! ...Husband approved... I was nervous to order such an expensive, large important item online, but glad I took the plunge! We use it every day._____________* First Review: This mattress fulfills what we were looking for in a mattress...**Excellent edge support (important feature), quality, comfort, best value... Please overlook that you just have to ONCE set up the compressed mattress; it was an amazing experience! ...We bought a new metal heavy duty base (with room for underbed storage) from Amazon, so no box spring is required! ...You can use a couple friends, but we hired someone to set up our mattress, because as a retired couple, it was too heavy for us... Within 1/2 hour, the old mattress and box spring and bedframe were removed, the new queen bed frame was very quickly set up, and our new Diligent Mattress was easily unboxed, lifted, and unrolled (it even came with a tool to safely and efficiently remove the plastic)... It expanded quickly, and before using the mattress, we waited the 72 hours for full expansion (as instructed)... We never bought a mattress this way before, but took the plunge, and are very happy with our purchase! ...No odor, beautiful, quality ...Easy peasy!

Just got the 14Inch Hybrid Mattress and it's awesome! The mix of memory foam and springs is super comfy. The top cover is really soft and keeps me cool at night. Plus, it's certified, so I know it's safe. Rolling it up doesn't affect its softness at all, which is a huge plus. The 100-night trial and 10-year warranty are a nice bonus. Totally worth it!

This mattress is described as "plush" Not exactly sure what that translates to in action. I will say that it's very comfortable. Good support, but not too firm. I think my wife will like it; she's prefers a mattress on the softer side. Anyway, I recommend it. I will add that it comes in a box about the size of a coffin. It's heavy ( a good thing ), but pretty hard for one person to horse around. Have a helper!

I returned it. For me, it felt too much like a thin memory foam pillow top over very strong firm springs. From the other reviews I see people like it. Not for me.

I’m a 25 year old that works 50+ hrs a week and spend all my time off the clock working on my fixer upper house. When I moved in 10 months ago I bought a new twin mattress just to have something that’s easily movable during renovations. I finished my master bedroom and decided to spend a little more than I usually do on a mattress and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve spend less money on cars that last for years but this is worth more to me. As soon as I slept on it I knew I was missing out, I can’t remember sleeping this well ever. I’ve spent most of my live on couches and dirt cheap mattresses by choice not thinking it made any difference. This mattress was literally life changing for me.

I highly recommend you not buy a mattress without trying it out in person!! But I gave in to my husband and family members and bought a mattress online and what we received is a mattress that I am pleased with the firmness/softness aspect. The only complaint is the lack of motion absorption, my husband is a restless sleeper, so I feel every move he makes!! So if you're looking for a motion free mattress this is NOT the one you want. Seriously considering returning it. Which is such a pain because we live in a rural/remote area.We will be buying our mattresses in person from now on, no matter what!!

The media could not be loaded. The product is perfect! There was no irritating smell when I opened the box and I let it sit for a few hours before going to bed. My back did not feel any uncomfortable after a night. My only complaint is that it is "too heavy"! Unpacking Tip #1: Unfold the mattress completely and it will begin to deflate itself! Then use the tool provided to cut the outer packaging. Also, the side handles help me lift the mattress!

We have an extended houseguest coming soon and needed to furnish a guest room, so I figured I'd give this a try because I feel like throwing a basic memory foam mattress in there was a cop out.First, this thing is heavy. I somehow got it up the stairs, unpacked, and on the bedframe by myself. I do not recommend that. The box says TEAM LIFT for a reason. Obey the box.It is also very thick we're talking THICC. It's a full 14 inches, make sure your linens accommodate thick mattresses. The quality is very good. It's attractive to boot, not that anyone really cares how fancy the mattress looks.Lastly, please understand when they say "soft medium plush" they are saying "you will sink into this mattress like Artax in the Swamp of Sadness." I've never felt like a mattress was going to swallow me whole before, but this was close. Keep in mind I am heavy (200#) so your experience may vary.I would recommend this if you have the internal frame of a bird and / or do not sleep on your side or stomach. Don't get me wrong, this is super comfy, but if "support" is one of your must-have mattress features, look elsewhere.
