Couldn't be happier. There is a very low ply carpet in my office, the spikes make it so that it doesn't budge an inch, which was a problem I was having with my last chair mat. It ships flat and its a very durable non-flimsy material so there is no dimpling and it has a very smooth glide. And for the price you can't beat it.

I needed this to protect my wood floors. Other products come in rolls. This comes in one piece. It stay flat and doesn't roll up.

It was delivered flat and still had a piece of the corner broken off and missing. I checked the packaging and it wasn’t there so it was shipped like that. Kind of annoying. Hoping it doesn’t cause it to break down faster than it normally would. Other than that, does what it’s supposed to do.

I purchased this for my son’s room to go under his chair. He plays video games all the time and I didn’t want our new carpet ruined by the chair wheels. Happy I purchased. It was just what we needed! The size, thickness and quality were all on point and what I expected.

Clear hard plastic means no divot from the chair castors. I'm 185#. Chair roles easy. Small spikes, so no slipping on my medium pile carpet. My last one lasted 6 years almost to the day. Never curled. Shipped flat.

My home office is in a carpeted bedroom, and over the past couple years, my chair's wheels have made the carpet underneath pretty unsightly - lumps, ridges, valleys, you name it. I bought this mat to help stop further carpet damage, and it's amazing. It's shipped flat, which - thanks to other reviews that mentioned this - is the entire reason I splurged on this versus cheaper mats. Worth every penny. It even camouflages all the lumps and ridges I'd already put in the carpet. Before finally breaking down and buying a mat, I'd worried it would make my shabby chic home office look too industrial. (You know, like a real office - yuck, who wants that?) Nope. I barely notice it. It doesn't detract from the look or the vibe at all. It's pretty much perfect, and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

Ridiculous that the product has snapped and failed 3 months after purchase. As seen in the image, cracks have appeared to the point of fracturing which makes this pad less protective of the carpet while also preventing the casters on the chair from freely moving across the surface. Not only is the product extremely overpriced, but either the quality assurance failed or the product itself does not meet the purposes for which it was presumably designed and intentionally purchased. Either way, I'm out $60 for an ineffective, defective product.
