Like heaven
This saved us this summer! It fits perfectly in a sliding window and includes a spacer to fill any remaining window space. It easily cools our 14x20ft bedroom and the hallway if the door is open.

Cools well!
This unit is pretty big and a little heavy. The mounting hardware for the unit was not the most robust materials so I developed my own system. Unfortunately, the unit had some damage (probably from the delivery) to the plastic and the metal in the front. Normally I would have sent it back but it was Phoenix in July and my bedroom mini split had died. Overall it did a good job at cooling 300-400 square feet in the Phoenix heat this summer. It’s a little noisy but I sleep with earplugs anyway.

Should have done my research
It doesn't tell you in the listing that it's operating range is up to 109 degrees. The day I installed it hit 118degrees and it barely cooled but I am stuck with it now. It might work OK in a cooler climate but I wouldn't recommend it for the Phoenix area.

If you have a side sliding window, this is perfect. It took me about two hours to install it 😎
I liked the ease of installation, I’m 74, and just 4 1/2 weeks out from corrective knee surgery, and I was still able to maneuver the unit up to the high window above my bed (about 6’ high). Also it’s a very quiet unit, and I love the remote 😎

It does it's job
It's not the quietest unit, but the room is cold and the air no longer feel humid.

Came in beat up
I’m putting this down as a 5 star so the world can see this came in beat up (Still works) like a bunch of others buy at your own risk! the seller either doesn’t care or just send them without any protection

30.3 lbs??? Still haven't received refund.
This unit is listed at 30.3 lbs. Not even close. Even the UPS driver said is extremely heavy. I didn't weigh it but if I had to guess I'd say closer to 60lbs. Maybe heavier. Also I returned the product. Way too heavy to install. It was received back on April 15th. As of April 26th I still have not received my 430.00 back. Very disappointed.

Works as intended
It works as advertised. The frame thing they gave to cover the excess spacing was warped so I ended up having to use a piece of wood
