I really like the taste and the nutrition of these ancient rice grains. However, the price is just insane. Who can afford $20 for such a small pack?!

Love it!
I mix it with my haiga mai rice, which turns a light purple color when combined with this zakkokumai. I soak the rice first, then cook it in a rice cooker, and it comes out perfectly delicious.
