UpdateSome unexpected issues arose with the tablet. Support was contacted and responded within 24 hours. The matters were resolved. It is comforting these days to find support that responds and is supportive. Still like the tablet.Setting up if one copies another android device such as phone went well. Off the start the font was readable as well as adjustable. User manual is very skinny as well the User Manual shows up on the tablet. The hard copy and the digital do not always agree. This was the case for inserting sim and/or SD cards. Contacted support to sort this confusion out. Support did reply in a timely fashion and the written info was just as confusing. This was resolved by a video which showed the proper way to insert SD card and tray. It actually worked so have additional storage. Good to know there is support. So far the tablet works well, is quite fast and has a substantial battery. Time will tell how well the tablet survives.

here is the reason y i say its only worth 160 it has horble tuch sensitivity so not good for gaming also every network in usa is 5g and the sim card dose not work its not suported since the device dose not have volte/hd so dont count on haveing moble on it or moble internet it will not work and the tablet sometimes lags right out of the box witch is making me think the specs are fake its supost to be higher performance than my galaxy s20 but its not hard to tap on stuff some times will take 2 or 3 tuch to make it select an item i just found out in oficial venders its not 16gbs of ram as advertise its only 8 of ram so yes way overprice

The tablet itself works great. But when it comes to sim cards, the slots are "mini Sim card" not regular sized ones. We have a Verizon plan that we can attach a tablet to, but this brand is not accepted by them. It would be nice if the if they listed acceptable wireless carriers so I didn't waste all this money on something I can't use.

**update - after two weeks of very light use, namely just using prime video. The wifi no longer works. At random it will finally connect again for a minute maybe then it kicks me off and says failed to connect. I think there’s something wrong with the wifi card. This is not my first android device or tablet and I can’t make sense of why it would be doing this. Sending back. I liked the tablet but I feel inclined to shop for a different brand after this 500 dollar expense failing so soon without reason.I got this because I wanted a rugged tablet. First impressions were great. Professional packaging and nice display. For being rugged it’s not bulky. It has a little weight to it but with the optional, included back strap that takes the strain off the hand while holding. Very impressed! The specs are great and it runs nice and fast as it should. No issues starting it up and getting through setup. It’s very responsive and no delay when opening apps. I wouldn’t call this a budget tablet as there are many cheaper options out there, but the price point is still much less than other brands but this runs just as good as the more expensive tablets, from what I can tell. I notice this, like most androids come preloaded with lots of apps one might not need (bloatware). Although these apps cannot be uninstalled by clicking on them, turning on developer mode and launching ADB with a laptop made for an easy solution to removing the excess apps that I don’t need or desire. Five stars. Very satisfied with my purchase.

One word to describe it. BEAST! Powerful, Robust. Instead of naming it ULEFONE, It should be ELEPHANT. LOL. I am very happy with this device. Excellent product as advertised.

Aunque tiene una apariencia fenomenal, la antena del wifi si deja mucho que desear…literalmente si me alejaba 3 metros del módem se desconectaba. De ahí en fuera todo súper bien.

If your looking for a tablet without bloatware a battery that's lasts all day and then some and a screen you can see in the sunlight then get this. It is by far the best tablet I have purchased so far. Everything they say it can do it does.
