This keyboard is incredible. I love messing around with the ICUE software to change the individual key settings around. It has the ability to link with a mouse allowing the mouse to have effects for certain profiles you put on your computer. The Keys are nice, not too loud, not too quiet, and they have a tactile click that I really like. Overall if you have the money to spare it is a beautiful addition to your setup and its high customization allows you to personalize every aspect. It also comes with a key remover and extra gaming keys. (If you are planning to get this for work not gaming... don't. This is an extremely expensive high end (keyword) "GAMING" keyboard and it has higher sensitivity to key movement. This is very helpful to someone playing a game but incredibly annoying for typing an essay. It will cause almost every other word to have an extra unnecessary letter because you tapped it a little too hard while moving your finger.) Don't let this fact discourage you if you plan to game with it, as it runs very well and was worth the price. (If you can I would recommend first checking for a renewed model as they put a huge amount of work into finding and fixing the problem/s and they come out good as new. I would know I got a renewed one when I saw it. (Saved me $100 for a keyboard with absolutely no problems or issues.) So again not for work and/or school but for somebody who wants to play games with a top of the line high performance keyboard. No I did not write this review with this keyboard.

I went into this knowing I would not be receiving a brand new unit, but I am pleasantly surprised at how clean and practically unused the one I received is! It all came in a standard keyboard box, with the keyboard and wrist wrest in new plastic, and the extra textured key caps appearing new and unopened. I have only noticed two minor things so far. First, my unit has a 1/3 inch scratch above to the right of the caps lock indicator; however, it is not at all noticeable under normal lighting. The only reason I noticed it is because my super bright plant light happened to glare off of it at the right angle. You really need to be shining a flashlight directly at it to see it.The other thing I noticed was the volume wheel felt clunky to spin, as if it were rubbing against something, but only when spinning it upwards. Turns out there is a sticker on the housing wall (between the volume wheel and the top LED lights) that was peeling back. I'm guessing it's there to block light from the from the top bar LEDs from bleeding through the gaps around the volume wheel. I was able to stick it back using some flat tools that fit between the wheel and the housing, and the wheel moves freely now. After some searching it turns out this is a common issue, even with new purchases. I'd have the guess the gaps between the volume wheel and the top LEDs were an oversight and so Corsair decided to fix it by simply placing as sticker along the walls there. Hopefully this is fixed in later models with a solid plastic wall. Personally I would prefer it if the gap around the volume wheel and mute button had its own LEDs shining through!Aside from those two minor issues, my keyboard feels brand new! It's a huge upgrade from my 4 year old Corsair K40, which uses rubber dome keys. Brown switches are so much easier to push down than rubber domes, and I'm already noticing my wrists aren't straining as much. I'm currently learning how to properly type (I've been pointer finger typing forever) and this keyboard is making the experience much more forgiving! The only reason I never made the upgrade until now was because I really enjoy my old K40's dedicated media keys, six macro G keys, and numpad. I can't live without them! For the longest time only Corsair's most expensive top-of-the-line keyboards had had all three of these features with mechanical switches, and now I was finally able to get one at a reasonable price ($120 at time of purchase, compare to $180+ new). I'm convinced this is the last keyboard I'll ever need!

Product shipped well packed and easy to unpack box. The refurbished product looks as if it's brand new. There have not been any issues whatsoever using the keyboard in any way. There are no signs of any damage whether on the packaging or on the keyboard. There are extra macro keycaps and a keycap puller provided with the keyboard. Aesthetics wise, I kinda wish Corsair made the macro keys the same black color as the rest of the keyboard so that the keyboard itself looks much better overall but this is something very minor that I can easily overlook.The keyboard itself works quite well. The MX Brown keycaps are a dream to type/game on. The noise is not too loud but loud enough to perceive each key being pressed. The resistance is small but enough for you to feel that you pressed a key correctly.The lighting effects are beautiful to look at. Sometimes I just stare at the keyboard and the different lighting modes I set because of how awesome it is. I do love that there is a button available for you to turn off or change the brightness levels of the lighting. The wrist rest is hard plastic but its not annoying to rest your palm/wrist on at all. The media keys work very well and the volume roller is amazing to use and feels wonderful.The drivers for the keyboard installed immediately on windows 10. The new iCUE software works quite well and allows you to set custom macros and lighting effects. I hooked up my Logitech MX Master mouse on the usb port on the keyboard and it works really well. No lag or connection issues or anything. I wish the built in usb port was 3.0 instead of the older/slower 2.0 but I guess it's not so bad.This has been a very excellent experience. I'm really happy that I chose Corsair to make a purchase from.

The keyboard came in the original albeit a little beat-up box. The keyboard is flawless and I can't find a single scratch or sign of use on it. All the accessories were included and were all unopened except the plastic bag containing the keycap puller. The wrist rest was still wrapped.I purchased this keyboard for ₹10,080 and considering that the new K95 was selling for ₹17,099 at the time of purchase the ₹7,019 I saved on this makes me feel that this is a much better deal than brand new. The only issue being it is rarely in stock. Overall I'm satisfied and the keyboard itself is excellent.

Ordered renewed but received in sealed box without any refurbished sticker, the extra key caps and remover was present in sealed packet only, there was no sign of any damage packaging and product both feels like new, though during the transport most of the button came off the keyboard which took couple of mins to put back into place. The typing experience is awesome so as the gaming experience though it might take sometime to get used to the cherry mx switches and the keyboard layout, I would say this as a steal deal for 12.5k there is absolutely no way to figure out that this product is renewed unless you go and check in your order section. At the end of day one there isn't a single complain about the product.after 2 months of usage-------------------------------------------------------This is literally a beast can do anything in terms of both looks, customization and typing experience, once you start typing using this you will surely forget any other keyboards, absolutely amazing experience both for typing and gaming, no issues so far in the last 2 months. it has literally proved to be the best gaming companion keyboard ever for me, this is absolutely a steal deal for 12k, renewed rocks
