After a little mix up at the warehouse we received our new scale and it was in excellent condition and really helps us here on the farm.Although we received the wrong scale originally this company did an excellent personalized job of getting us the right scale. They kept in good communication and were extremely helpful and friendly. We will buy from them again.

Works well
This scale works well and is pretty accurate. It is used at work to weigh drums. We have several from another manufacturer that continue to fail after a few years and will be replacing them with these.

Only worked 3 1/2 months.
I received the scales January 24th and they worked perfect when I got them. After 3 1/2 months they are not accurate! I have tried to contact seller and only response has been when they was delivered. I sent a message that they was not working. I have tried to rebut them and they are still way off.

Product description is misleading
The scale is of good quality, but the product description mislead me to believe it was capable of measuring up to 5000lbs. The one I received was only capable of 1000lbs. I set up a return and shipped it back over a week ago, but still have not received a refund.
