I have been struggling with neck and back pain for a few months and started physical therapy a few weeks ago. I was told to buy a neck pillow and decided to give this one a shot because of the reviews and price. The first night I used this was the first night I actually slept through the night. It really forms around your neck and head and is super supportive without being too hard. The case is silky so it doesn't wreck your hair. There was no smell in my pillow. It came in a super tight roll and needed a few hours to fluff up. It even came two days earlier than it was supposed to. If you are on the fence, just buy it!

I think this pillow is great if you're a hot sleeper! It definitely stays cool, is squishy and supportive at the same time. My only minor issue is feeling like it's getting a little flatter and less supportive already, but maybe I'm just getting use to it.Either way, love it! And the side piece (the gray) is perfect for when I'm laying in bed on my phone.It is super comfortable!

The pillow was soft but did not provide the support that I thought it would

This pillow is the perfect amount of firmness. Was really struggling with neck pain from my old floppy pillow. This has improved my sleep drastically and taken away all discomfort.

I’ve bought similar pillows before and never really liked them but I have to say this pillow is super comfortable.It’s memory foam so it has that smell for a while but goes away.The pillow itself is small so it’s not going to fit a king or queen size cover but it doesn’t matter it works!The end result was sleeping better and being able to lay down for extended amount of time.The curve or ramp up from the shoulders to the head for support is key and that’s why this works and supports your head at a perfect angle.Sleeping from side to side isn’t an issue either. Would totally recommend.

This pillow did not offer me any pain relief. It made my neck feel stiff and uncomfortable. I am disappointed. It is well-made and soft. However, it doesn't give my neck the right amount of support. It is either too little or too much depending on the side you lay your head on. The flat sides of the pillow do not offer any benefit and the width was too short to be comfortable for my head.

This pillow wasn’t quite what I was hoping for. It is comfortable, but didn’t quite help with my supporting my neck. I probably wouldn’t but again, but I don’t plan on returning.
