The media could not be loaded.  Although I have not connected to Bluetooth the sound coming from the built in speaker is better than expected and we can hear it through out the main area. But what we wanted most was to be able to close the lid while playing music.

I purchased for my husband for Christmas with enthusiasm and glee. BUT, the turntable dis not tirn. The band was loose and thin. I have no answers as to why it did not function, except it did not work.

So far so good, it was a present to my son. He loved it! He said the sound and features were amazing!

I would give this a four/five star, but the top plastic cover came damaged out of the box and it also takes a few tries to get the player to spin. Otherwise, the sound quality is great!I emailed the warranty folks to see if they can just ship another plastic cover, we'll see what they say or if they even respond.

We bought this as a Burthday gift and went to put it together and the lid is cracked as well as the hinges. And now we are out of return date
