I bought this chair to replace the 20+ year old office chair I had in my sewing/craft room that the pneumatic cylinder stopped working. I specifically need a chair that has armrests that adjust in multiple ways due to the variety of activities I am doing and the ways my arms need support, and those are really hard to find at an inexpensive price point! I wanted a mint green chair because that is my favorite color & the color I just repainted my craft room in. I was SO HAPPY to find this chair that met both those criteria! The head rest is a nice bonus, I'm glad to have it, but that was not specifically a selection criteria for me.It was fairly easy to put together, but I'm a very handy woman. I did need to use a rubber mallet that was not inluded to get the casters firmly into the base, but other than that all necessary tools were included. It was well packaged. The instructions could have been more detailed, but they were clear enough for frustration-free assembly. I did it in under an hour, while watching a movie with my family so I was taking my time.One thing I thought was out-of-order in the instructions was when they tell you to attach the coat rack element to the headrest bracket. They have you do it after the bracket is installed, which means you're sitting on the floor trying to blindly drive the screws in from the underside. It would have made much more sense to screw it in first before the bracked is installed. But thats a minor thing on an optional element, so it doesnt really detract from the overall ease of assembly.I do wish the chair would have come with literature on how to ajust the seat / tilt / etc. I couldn't figure it out at first as it is different from other chairs I've had. But once I thought to go back to this Amazon listing the info was there, so problem solved.The chair is very comfortable and adjusts to suit me perfectly. I'm fairly average sized (5'-6" tall, 175 lbs). My daughter who is only 5'-1" & 110 lbs also finds it comfy. Hubby is only 2" taller than me, so not sure if a larger / taller person would find it comfortable or not.Overall I'm thrilled with it and would highly reccommend this chair!

I was scared and almost cancelled twice. But having gotten this chair put together and used it for a couple days my back pain from the previous chair is gone! It didn't get a five star because a couple of things seemed super easy to me to "fix". The headrest is in reality (for me anyway) a neck rest. Which actually feels great however I am not super tall (5' 11") and I had to adjust it all the way up and tilt it to get it above my shoulder blades. Similar with the lumber, it is almost fully extended and barely hits the seat back, which barely hits my back when sitting properly with my feet level on the ground and my knees at the edge of the seat. The coat hanger looked funky in the pictures and had a lot to do with me almost not buying -- super bonus you can leave it off!! I actually fount that in a video about assembly and that was when I decided to go ahead and order. I am SUPER glad I did because the very small cons are definately not out waying the pros. Especially for the price!. Over all verdict WIN, WIN.

Had neck surgery and needed something comfortable to return to work. This chair does the job. I'm 6 1 and the headrest, maxed out, sits a little low when vertical but i don't think most people would use it when sitting up. As soon as you start to recline it supports your head (neck) well. Comfortable to sit in and the adjustable arm rests are very convenient. Rolls well on short carpet.

The chair was a breeze to assemble, taking me only about ten minutes. The instructions were clear, and even my 7-year-old helped put it together! Adjusting the chair’s height was straightforward, and the flip-up arms are a convenient feature. The lumbar support is effective, and the mesh material keeps me cool during long work hours. While the seat padding could be a bit thicker, it’s still comfortable for light-duty desk work.The rocking backrest at 135° adds a touch of relaxation without compromising productivity.For the price, this chair is a great value. So the chair itself is pretty conformable... if you were a bit shorter that is. I am sure there are plenty of reviews stating how good this chair is, but this is just my opinion. I am a 6 foot tall male. Not super tall at all. The chair advertised for heights up to 6 foot 2. When I sit up straight in the chair like they advertise, The headrest is obstructed by my shoulders regardless of if I adjust the height, protrusion, or angle. If I scoot forward in the seat, the headrest is actually very comfortable. But then my back aches... It's not even as if I am old. I am 18 years old. The lumbar support is also a bit low.Other than the height issue, the chair is comfy, breathable, and eliminates my back pain when adjusted right. the adjustable arms are also a massive plus. It eliminates my shoulder pain. If you are typing away at a keyboard all the time, you need to have your elbows at least on the same level as your desk. The lay down mode of this chair is also super nice.It may be that I just have an absurdly long torso, but should I have a normal torso, then I would not recommend this chair for anyone above 5 foot 11.TLDR: Don't buy if above 5"11 but the chair is comfy and got rid of my back pain.PLEASE KEEP MY REVIEW IN MIND AND DON'T SUCCUMB TO THE POSITIVES REVIEWS!I'll post some photos if needed.

Sedia molto confortevole. I braccioli si alzano e si abbassano, scorrono avanti e indietro e ruotano a destra e sinistra rendoli estremamente modulabili per la comodità di chi la usa. Lo schienale può essere bloccato o basculare all’indietro per distendersi. Anche nella massima inclinazione la poltrona è moltosolida e non ha tendenza a ribaltarsi (io peso 106 kg). La parte posteriore dello schienale è registrabile nella tensione idem per la porzione della seduta. Comodissimo il poggiatesta che scorre in alto e in basso e può muoversi in avanti (verso la nuca di chi vi si siede) o indietro (allontanandosi dalla nuca) e si posiziona perfettamente (sono alto 185 cm). La schiena non suda minimamente grazie alla foratura traspirante (la sto usando nel mese di Luglio molto caldo). Sarà utilissimo l’appendino, nella parte posteriore, per la giacca nei mesi invernali, questa è stata davvero una bella trovata. Si monta in pochi minuti grazie alla brugola e le istruzioni chiare. Nel complesso un buon prodotto, solido, comodo e resistente. Lo consiglio davvero per l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Era una compra para un familiar. Hace un par de semanas que le llegó. Desde el primer momento dice que, aunque se veía muy cómoda ( de hecho íbamos a pedir otra más), notaba que se le iba hacia los lados. Hoy se paró a revisarlo y resulta que por la parte de abajo, donde los tornillos del elevador, está roto.Bien.. Solicito una devolución porque no viene opción de reemplazo, que es lo que queríamos. Pero resulta que me pone que tengo que pagar yo el envío.Perdona???El artículo está roto y aún encima tengo que pagar yo los gastos del envío???😡😡😡Lo lógico es que me envíen otro de reemplazo y en la entrega se lleven el artículo dañado.Muy mal por parte del vendedor.Desde luego que NO lo recomiendo en absoluto

Es fácil de montar y bastante cómodo. Parece resistente. Lo único es que el mecanismo de regulación de altura es difícil de manejar. Por lo demás, estupendo.
