This just what I wanted. Awesome tower.

When ordering, I knew this wasn't going to be what was in the pictures since they pictured 3 pods per layer and the 30 pod I ordered would be 10 layers high and not able to stand on its own. I figured I'd give it a shot. That said, I had no idea what its actual size would be since the only dimensions were (metric of course) on a picture of a smaller version of someone else's product. The layers that arrived have 5 pods each and the overall height of the 30 pod system is about 36"...yeah, it's small! Each pod is smaller than a ping pong ball so don't expect to be growing the gardens pictured.It arrived 10-30 days before estimated for the amazing reason that they slapped another shipping label on a return and sent it my way. Such speeds can only be achieved by not bothering to open the return and perform such time consuming tasks as untying the knots in the cords, putting them back in their boxes, or removing the returned shipping information (Hi Gayle-hope you found a setup you like).The product itself seems solid. Sturdy split mold PVC upper with an adequate HDPE bucket. I haven't set it up to function yet but the pump does work. That brings me to the primary reason I gave it one star. In the product description it says it has a "timer". It does not. It has a state of the art "plugged in and not plugged in" aeroponic management system. This was the main reason I selected this product. I'm going to keep it and buy a timer I guess. Not sure this box can survive another trip around the globe/country.If you are looking for system to grow a bunch of really small water plants vertically, THIS is the thing for you! Anything else will take some imagination, work, and additional investments.

Did not include vegetables and herbs

I really am enjoying venturing into hydroponics or even the prospect of hydroponic gardening. Raising harvesting food crops without dirt year-round? That sounds like a total win! Vertical gardening was an enticing avenue to try since there is only so much space in a single home.That said, hydroponics can potentially be an expensive prospect for anyone if you don’t have a good set of DIY skills to build your own.While the price is tempting, it’s a risk to purchase this product from this seller since you may not get all the parts needed to make this product function as intended. This is based on others reviewing this product as I received most of what was advertised.The smart plug was missing, which is fine since I despise smart-tech products, the filter attachment to the water pump was missing, and there is no supporting cap for the water nozzle on top. That leaves me having to set the water nozzle on the water trays inside, rendering a whole set of plant cups unusable least I drown any plant I place there.Despise these losses, I can get the tower to function. I’ll have to purchase parts elsewhere to get it to work perfectly.This product is still cheaper than most but do so at your own risk. It is also a foreign supplied product that will be shipped to you from outside the US. The product is smaller than what the pictures would suggest. The cup holders for the plants are the side of an American half-dollar coin. There are complaints about that but plants suitable for hydroponics don’t need a huge opening to grow.Either way, be careful with your purchasing.

The ads make the product look much bigger in size than it really is. The pods are no bigger than 2 inches and it came in a damaged box with several parts missing. Even if it came with all the parts it was a joke for the price point. You could maybe successfully grow micro greens or starter plants. That’s how small it was.

The product I received is not matching the product description or images and it is missing parts. I received a gray basin not in black like in the image, the cap for the tower I received is white not black. It is also missing the smart plug, Net Pots, Timer for Herbs, Fruits and Vegetables. Overall, this product feels cheaply made, not what I expected.When I go to return it with the provided return label, shipping cost is not paid for, I had to pay out of my own pocket for a product that does not match what I ordered.

Slowest shipping ever. Tracking is not updated. Last day to deliver when it came. No packing materials. All components were loose in the box. Unit itself is o.k. Extremely noisy.

Very small compared to what is described. No seeds or medium to start with. The description states that it comes with 30 starter seeds and medium. I would not repurchase.
