It makes processing so much easier

This will be perfect for butchering our cornish cross chickens. I thought I could do this by hand, but a special tool is definitely needed, excited to try this out next time!

The tool itself works fine but the handle is very long. Much longer than it needs to be to get inside most fowl to clean out lungs. It's also difficult to clean. I used it and will likely continue to but I had hoped for a cleaner finish after using this.
