1st Glance Review
The skis seem to be of good quality.1 issue is the boots, size M 2-7, have a fairly tight instep (the top part of the foot). There is plenty of length but instep is really tight. My grandson 6yr is a fairly big kid and has a size M 5 shoe. The boot was way too tight on his instep; the length was fine. We had to struggle to get his foot in the boot.

Great Jr skis
These were perfect for teaching my son how to water ski. He was 11yo and was able to get up on second try. The stabilizer bar attaches and removes with ease and keeps the tips together so they pop right out of the water on the wholeshot. They are a little bit difficult for him to tighten the boot. Overall 4.5 stars.

Very easy to start with, good enough for intermediate use.
Bought these to teach two high anxiety kids, 8 and 10 yrs old how to waterski. One is 52 inches tall and the other 54. After extensive on shore coaching, they were both able to get up on their first try and absolutely fell in love with water-skiing. That alone made the purchase woth it to me. We used the tie rod that came with the skiis, which really helped. The kids would not have been strong enough to keep the skiis together on their own. They kept wanting to ski until they were too tired to keep going. A woman who was about 5'2" and maybe 110 lbs tried the skiis and said they were good enough for her. So there's definitely room to grow. I'd recommend this product to any beginner.

These are worth the money
These skis were great for our 6 and 9 year old girls. The six year old popped out of the water with me coaching her on her 2nd trip, our 9 year old had been skiing on an older pair of trainers and she said she loved these more. The 9 year old got up and slalomed last week for the first time and rode for almost a mile. I'd highly recommend these if you don't live close to a true water sports store. I tried Dicks, Cabellas, Bass Proshops, and several local sporting goods stores and none of them had skiis as nice as these

Nice skis, connecting bar broke the first use.
Kids have had fun trying to learn. Disappointed that the bar that helps keep them together snapped off on the first attempt.

Perfect For Beginners
I bought these for my grandchildren to learn to ski. The oldest are 9. One is up and dropping a ski already. The others are building courage to try! Very stable and it is easy to lock skis together for learning.
