I bought this kit for my sisters and I to use as a habitat for the butterflies we captured. Do be warned that it is quite small, but it’s the perfect size for a ton of bugs. It comes with other features as well, such as scissors for capturing insects and tweezers. This product was durable, but my sisters broke it soon after we bought it. It kept my sisters outside, so it’s very enjoyable for little ones who are fascinated with insects. It performed well and it was worth the money.

I got this as a gift for my little brother and he absolutely loved it. He’s had entertainment outside for weeks now, he loves it! He’s dropped it and thrown it many times as kids do and it has not even cracked and I think that’s great quality. The magnifying glass in the top is so great because he can really learn about the little insects and see how they eat etc. This is a great gift for the money!

I have bought this product twice, one for each of my nephews. They both love collecting bugs (one caught a snake!) and looking at them with the magnifying lens. Super fun and good value for the price.

This bug catcher for kids is a great purchase! It's easy to hold and easy to view the bugs inside. The tools are a bit clunky for little hands, and I wish it had a bit less plastic, but overall, it's fantastic. My kids have spent hours and hours looking for bugs with it. Highly recommend!

It's a really nice set, my son (5) loves it. Ants can fit through the top air holes so we have them covered with tape, we don't keep anything in there for more than a few minutes. He quickly mastered the bug catching tongs, they work great.

Great little enclosed plastic cage with built in magnifying glass and accessories. My 5 year old grandson loved it!

If your kiddo loves nature this is a great toy. Bought for my 4.5 year old and we used it constantly on a recent camping trip. She even liked putting leaves and sticks inside so she could look at them closely with the magnifying glass. Highly recommend!
