Perfect size for light weight resistance while doing an indoor walking workout

Comfortable to hold, variety of sizes
I bought several of these in different weights and they are perfect for rehab after shoulder replacement surgery. They are comfortable to hold, color-coded for easy identification of weight, and have a flat edge to keep them from rolling when I set them down.

These Work Well
After shopping on Amazon for hand weights, I was worried I would end up with a pair that were too difficult to hold (especially as a woman with regular sized hands). These are the perfect size. No issues. Also, they arrived in perfect condition...no nicks or other damage. I also liked that they were black. I already have blue and purple hand weights and like different colors for different weight amounts. I've been using them for a while now and am very satisfied with my choice (and my bicep muscles are showing up again!)

Great dumbbell
Solid grip and won’t slip if your hands get sweaty.Color is sharp.I use this primarily for PT stretches (right shoulder issues due to scoliosis) and it adds an extra “oompf” to my practice.

The weights are deece; the case is sweet.
Good quality at a decent price. I have to say the case itself is probably the best feature. I went with this set specifically over another which had your typical flimsy-ass stand instead of the hard case. I'm pleased.
