Replaced a 5 year old Smonet system. True plug and play set up was flawless. Camera are sturdy. Picture is clear and camera's have a wide fie3ld of vision. It is really easy to program camera's and system. Winter is coming we will see if they hold up to a New England winter.

Updating review!!!!!! Do Not Buy!!!!!!!!! Support is more confusing then a help, to many choices & complecated, i can walk past cameras fast enough & will not record you, way to many missed shots, & still shots do not work. Can not get it to work & NO SOUND!!!! Buy a CasaCam much better & easier product to work with.Will update review later. So far not to impressed. Can not get phone app to hook up, can't get audio volume to go up so I can hear the video, lights are coming on when they shouldn't, 1 camera keeps going out & I have to unplug & plug back in everyday, instructions just plan suck!!!!!!!!!!, gets way to many non important motions it records, no way of fine tuning motion detection, & many more issues, & no way to buy longer warranty. DON'T BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will contact customer support & hope they can help or whole thing will be sent back.

Was easy to install and started working right away.

For the Price, this is a pretty decent System.Reasonably easy to install and set up.Cameras are good, not great. For the price, I'm good.Only issue that I had, was with remote viewing. I emailed Customer Support, got an initial response in about 2 hours. Then another wanting specific info, s/n etc.Early that evening, Slina emailed me some info to do. And now can remote view. Thank you Slina.As an Security System, I gave it 4 Stars.I am happy with it.

Sistema funcionando adecuadamente tras 3 meses de uso.Tras una interrupción del fluido eléctrico el sistema se descompuso y no terminaba de cargar. Escribí a Zosi Team Support y de inmediato me enviaron el Link y las instrucciones para descargar y efectuar el Upgrade del Firmware. Excelente y rápida ayuda de parte de Ariana. Problema solucionado rápidamente

These cameras are actually wired. You have to have an actual plugin. They are not completely wireless. I was a little disappointed upon getting them because I did not get into depth on reading this because it stated it was wireless. However, the setup is actually pretty good. Still trying to figure out a couple things. Once you get it hooked up. You definitely need to hit the restart button so it picks them all up but they are pretty clear and don't forget to take the clear covers off the lenses, It wasn't hard to set up, I was kind of new to all this and had a friend come out. I thought they had to be charged but they also do hook to solar batteries

It was unbelievable how easy this system was to set up. A great purchase.

We have bought two zosi system first one failed after a year second one failed within 2 months asked for refund from zosi willing to return product cause it doesn't work just shuts down and restarts won't stay running
