First of i will say if you get this at full price you are kind of getting ripped off. The one at costco comes as a 2 pack for about the same price. Having said that if you get this on sale and don't need a 2 pack then this gets the job done. I got this around Christmas time and decided to try maybe my own artisan bread at home. It was very easy and I now use this 2 times a week to make fresh loafs. It comes with 2 little mittens and a silicon mat. It also had a little cleaning sponge. As I mentioned I have used it 2 times a week since mid December and it's now early April. So far I have no complaints.

I have been trying to make a Chuck Roast… failed a couple times…. Was told to buy a dutch oven and try it… OMgosh it was so delicious! Seared it in this dutch oven and roasted in it and the beef just melted in our mouths! So good and wish I would have tried it sooner. I bought gray.. it is beautiful. Heavy but not too heavy I had no problems handling it. Quality is excellent. This thing will last a lifetime!

Considering that a comparable Le Creuset goes for $299, this is a great value at $66 total. The lid has evenly spaced raised dots to evenly distribute condensation during cooking. Make sure you use oil or liquid for stovetop cooking and bring the heat up gently to medium. Easy transfer to the oven. For cleanup, apply a paste of baking soda and dish washing liquid and let it sit. Use a nylon scruff pad and the baked on material will come right off to look like new.

Well worth it. This DO is beautifully designed and colored. It cooks evenly and thoroughly. The only thing I wish they would change is the lid knob and handles as they can get very hot even cooking on stovetop. We recommend!

I love my Le Cruset pots, but they are so expensive. This brand is much better priced, good quality and beautiful!! I have been using them as dutch ovens for my sourdough bread and they work like a dream. And so easy to clean. Love them!!

I haven't used my new dutch oven yet but so far I'm pleased. It's a nice sturdy weight. The red is a pretty red. It came w/ a small cookbook, cleaning instructions, a rubber/silicone potholder and 2 of the cutest cotton potholders that fit perfectly over the handles. So far so good. I'm assuming it will handle whatever meals I cook in it. I can't give it a 5star review because I haven't used it yet.

I wanted to learn how to make sourdough bread. Bought this pot so I can make the bread in. It’s perfect and looks beautiful.
