Worst service
Product is ok but customer service is very worst

Excellent Product # Value for money #
- I use this product in my PG room in Hyderabad. It is a very useful device for the dry heat here. My room is 8ft*8ft and this device pretty well takes care of my needs. The noise levels are minimal and pump works with good efficiency. The louvers also oscillates silently. Over all a good personal cooler and value for money ! Keep it up Lifelong !!

Working just above its pay grade..
Cools a small room pretty quickly, I believe the motor to pump up the water could have been a bit powerful.

Noisy, Not cooling, Bad quality, Waste of money
It is noisy, not at all cooling the room. Honeycomb is just paper. Nothing good. Working very poorly. It's just working as a table fan. Nothing more than that.After two months the motor stopped working.

Good build, compact, easy return
I had to return it because of a small problem.The water pump seemed to be a tad bit too weak, did not pump enough water to wet the pads completely, reducing the effectiveness greatly. The water did not fill the drip tray, so just tricked through some of the holes.Just a slightly more powerful pump will make it an excellent product.
