I am skeptical of taking supplements, but a vitamin B complex was recommended for balancing many of the hormone issues that I’ve been having. I have noticed a difference in my energy levels, sleep, skin, and my hair is the longest and fullest it’s ever been. I decided to skip it for a week and see if I noticed any difference. Within a few days, I had insomnia and no motivation. I highly recommend this product.

My doctor recommended that I take a B complex vitamin but did no specify which one. I chose this one based on reviews but wish I hadn't. It is unbelievably disgusting to take, makes me feel nauseous, smells awful and some reviews suggst it is overkill in terms of quantity. Not for me and as it is not returnable it is my loss.Updated 3/31/2025. Updated my review to 5 star because not only did the supplier give me a full refund, but they followed up to enquirer the lot #. In the circumstances it would be grossly unfair to maintain a one star review. Top marks for excellent customer support
