Excellent value
Very pleased with this item. Sturdy and attractive, it does its job perfectly. It's not huge by any means, but fine for our family (2 adults, a toddler and a baby) as I do our laundry roughly every three days anyway. If you're a bigger family or tend to wait a bit longer between laundry loads, I'd suggest getting the larger size.

Good quality and looks
I wanted a basket the same size as one that had fallen apart after many years of faithful service. I did the measurements and it came and fit correctly into it's place in my bedroom. It is a sturdy basket (for price) for laundry with a thick cotton liner which has ties at the back keeping it in place. The lid is a heavier weave with faux leather straps with velcro that are not tight so basket can open without straining hinge (often a place of failure) and sit on the laundry if over full. I like it very much and it arrived quickly and free!!

good quality linen basket
Large size, good quality linen basket, fully lined. Lid is held in lace by leather straps and could fit a little better - hence 4 stars - but overall I am very happy with this product. It's durablity has yet to be proven - I have my last linen basket more years than I can count but time will tell.

Small but effective
Smaller than I imagined and a loose fitting lid but attractive and does the job. Bit pricey but that’s that.

The basket was bought as a replacement for a one which had been in use a lot of years. This basket is ideal as it does the job well, is well made and looks good in the upstairs passageway of my house. The lining or cotton insert can be taken out with your washing and used to carry the it to the washing machine. This is quite useful as it saves hauling the whole basket to the washing machine . A useful purchase!

Not impressed
As with alot of other reviews this had sharp bits jutting off the basket. Not very sturdy and the lid is pretty flimsy. Had thought it would be better quality for the price but clearly mistaken.

Good size and quality
Good size and quality. Too dark for my bedroom so gave it to my daughter as a good size for family of 4.
