Good quality and value for money

I used this TENS machine during labour and found it really excellent for the pain at the beginning of labour. It got me through many hours before I ultimately had an epidural, which was amazing. I bought this one, rather than a labour-specific TENS because I was afraid the labour one wouldn't be powerful enough, that they'd be scabby with the shocks! The midwife laughed at me and told me that the labour ones often have a boost button for a contraction - now that made a lot of sense 😂 I have now passed this on to my dad who has a cervical bulging disc - it kept him off medication for weeks until it resolved. This is very important as long term use of many pain medications can cause either addiction (opiates) or kidney failure (eg difene).

This unit is to replace a different digital model tens unit that was not working correctly. This one is actually a bit cheaper, but is lighter and works equally as well so happy with purchase. I use my tens machine for long drives on my back and or gluteus as I tend to get quite stiff after a couple of hours. These units help keep the muscle awake meaning I can actually walk properly when I get to the other end.Would recommend, just bear in mind it will feel a bit funny to start with but stay with it.

It is a good product in term of quality and functions, it works as it supposed to be ..meet the purposes. The manual controls work good. The only thing that does not function as supposed to be is the "timer". I set up 30 minutes, but after the time had passed the device was still on and the massage kept on going, so I had to turn off the knob in order to stop it. I wished it would be automatically stopped. The word "timer" is not appropriate I would say it should have been "time" like suggested timing 30,60,...The side cover was a little bit hard to open for someone who has pain on the hand. Overall it is a good device and it looks sturdy and it has life time warranty. Compare to the one I had earlier the parts inside the device were shaking, it did not work properly and was broken after 2 days use, even though I had handled it carefully. I am vey happy with this Accurate Dual Channel TENS machine and highly recommend this product!.

My battery only lasted 10hrs over 2 days, tried a second battery just the same, a battery is supposed to last 50hrs according to Tens. It's best to get a mains battery model then you can use the mains when indoors and battery when outdoors, although more expensive it's cheaper in the long run, get alkaline batteries and an alkaline battery charger, half the price of Nicad or Ni-Mh. Although they're good machines that do the job of pain relief I can't recommend the battery models because the batteries don't last long enough.

I'm using this for vagus nerve stimulation, 15 minutes per day, sometimes 30. The battery lasts forever and the functionality is easy to modify for settings as per your needs. I can't comment on the pain relief aspect or massager aspect as i'm not using this product for it's conventional purposes.

It works fine I guess, except it still has a micro-USB port which of course stopped working after just 6 months, making it very hard to charge!Get on with the program and switch to USB-C like everyone else!Oh, and another thing: the battery indicator doesn’t work, so you can never tell how much charge is left.

Found this product an excellent buy at a very reasonable price! Has variable speeds and different settings to give a wide range of pain relief! Comes in a very handy little case so easy to pack in to a case for holidays or a handbag for days out! Use mine constantly each day I wouldn’t be without it! The electrode pads are easy to apply and remove and will stick on any part of the body where there is pain! Highly recommend this item!
