Eggsistential Thoughts by Gudetama the Lazy Egg Hardcover – October 17, 2017

The pictures are cute but there is no story whatsoever. Most childrens books have at least a loose theme (e.g., look at all the different animals in this zoo!) and even Instagram accounts tend to achieve a consistent tone. Rather, it seems like someone had a bunch illustrations of Gudetama laying around used for t-shirts or coffee mugs and decided to print them in a book, too.I'm giving this 4 stars because in the end all of the illustrations are well done. On their own each page offers a little slice of the character and a true Gudetama fan may appreciate the book for that alone. If you are looking for a series of silly, single panel comics you will enjoy this purchase just fine.

The first book I got was used, but I exchanged it and the new one is great! I wouldn't have minded the 'renewed' book if it hadn't been for the ink marks on it.

I got this as a birthday present for my roommate who is obsessed with Gudetama the Lazy Egg and absolutely adores it. He always gets a good chuckle out of it. It's really fun and lived up to expectations perfectly.

It's extremely cute and a great Collectable for fans but I kind of expected more gudetamaness out of the Texts. It was a bit too bland.

This was SO weird! I know Gudetama is very lazy, but had no idea her ideas and thoughts were just left of Nietzsche! Be warned, this book is weird. I wouldn't even qualify the quotes as funny or cute, just weird. And that is what makes this book a must have! You will never own another like it. I love all things Gudetama. I think she is a wonderful creation and am very glad I picked this book up for my daughter, who loves her as well.

I bought this as a gift for a friend for Christmas because I knew she loved Gudetama. The book came in a nice cardboard packaging making it quite secure. There was nothing wrong with the item. When looking through the pages, I made sure not to "break the binding" for that fresh opening sensation. Haha. It's as you expect. Cute images and cute bubbly text. My friend loved the gift. Very satisfied.

All in great condition except it had someone else’s name on it.

It was cute but kind of short for a book that cost over ten dollars. I did enjoy it though.

Great book for my niece

Such a cute book, only has a couple pages with pictures and text across the two pages, It's a lovely little book. Probably about less than a CM in width.Probably will keep looking at it when I forget what is in it.Colour and detail is good.

This is a short but interesting book on all things Gudetama. If you're a fan of the TV show you will like this book, in particular, you can't help smiling at Gudetama's thoughts. I got the book as a gift, which was very much appreciated and enjoyed.
