I got the king size and as a woman without much assembly experience it was very easy to put together! The pieces were labeled and the instructions were clear. I would recommend using a hammer or mallet to gently tap the slats into place on the frame as they can be a little tight to fit. This will also make sure they are extra secure. Otherwise no tools other than what’s included are needed.The bed once assembled is stable and looks great!

I have had a horrible ordeal for the last twelve months going through numerous platform bed alternatives on behalf of my wife who has chronic back pain. First the expensive one that was too hard; then back to the old bed for a while; then the nice wooden platform with high legs that made it difficult for her to get in the bed; then the assembly error that caused the wooden platform's slats to displace and then collapse. I have had to assemble and disassemble king sized beds probably five times in the last six months; every time it creates clutter in the bedroom and I can also testify that king sized mattresses are pretty darned heavy.Finally, with this DiaOutro Bed frame, problem solved. The box was smaller and more manageable than usual because the lengthwise frame pieces came in two parts that bolt together rather than one. The metal construction was obviously much stronger than the wood frame of the previous contestant. And crucially there was no ambiguity in how the pieces might fit together. Very easy to assemble, and extremely solid and sturdy to sleep on. Also, half the price of the wooden platform.

We ordered two of these - first the 14" king size which, with box springs, put the top of our mattress at about 3.5 feet off the ground. It was too high for us but we had a good experience both putting it together and taking it apart. We purchased a second one with lower clearance because we were happy with the quality and price of the first. The slats that cover the pull length and width of the bed are easy to install but very sturdy. The frame is well-made. You will absolutely have to find something to keep your box springs or mattress from sliding as this frame does not have edges or corners to keep it in place - the top of the frame is perfectly flat. We used a no-slip material and laid it between the two surfaces and it works just fine. They also have stabilizers on Amazon that would work well. Overall, great frame, super sturdy, awesome price.

After getting a new mattress WITHOUT a box spring, I needed a new frame, since my old frame was the standard ~6inch tall one and the bed was WAAAAY to low. This one seemed like a good height, maybe a few inches taller than my old mattress + box spring + bed frame height. I really like the extra storage it allows under my bed.So far, it has stood up to me flopping onto my mattress, so I think its heavy duty enough, and while I haven't done anything to stress-test the sturdiness of it, the frame doesnt wiggle too much if I try to shake it.

Instructions were brief, but if you looked at them closely, it asembled easy as pie. The product itself is very well made and they even supplied extra bolts & nuts in case the assembly guy screwed up . I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.The only reason I gave this product an overall 4 rating is because the packaging wasn't very good. Both end of the package were badly crumpled. I suspect the package was 2 to 3 inches longer before shipping via UPS. I don't know who did original damage, but they should be written up. There was one piece damaged, but fortunately it was in a place that did not impact the integrity or functionality of the product.

I bought this as an option for my new medium firm mattress since my previous bed frame requires a box spring. I wanted a low bed because I have a full size and my toddler likes to sleep with me. The 7 inch one is great for us because she can get on and off easily - since I am petite (4’11 100 lbs), I also have no problems with it. It also prevents my dog and toddler from running and hiding under the bed since it is low enough, which is good (unexpected benefit of it) Under the bed, you can fit anything comfortable that is 5 inches or shorter in height.As far as the comfort, the first night felt different because it is lower than my previous bed frame but after that, I felt so much better that the bars actually hold up my medium firm mattress (10 inches) with enough support that our weight is evenly distributed, no mattress sagging! I am happy with this investment - given it costed less than some box springs and includes everything in one: frame and bars. Very easy to move around when putting the mattress sheets on and doing your bed every morning and I wake up feeling comfortable - no stiffness.For Assembly, every part is labeled with a letter. The instructions are diagrams showing you what to do. All tools included - at first you may thing it is too small but that must be eyes playing a trick because it is just the right size for my full size mattress. My dad took about an hour to put things together - with interruptions from my toddler and his movement limitations (he has a bad leg). That being said, as I watched, it appeared to be very simple to put together. I even was able to help him and I am not super skilled at putting things together. The allen key and mini wrench are easy to use.I hope this is helpful in making your choice!

This frame looked flimsy in the ad, but for our dogs it would be fine.When we got it, it was heavier than I expected.The directions for assembly were good and the frame has turned out to be quite heavy duty.

I was glad to find out that it was packed in a compact size. Some of the parts are folded up but strengthened when you assemble. I was hoping it would be sturdy and it was very sturdy Rock solid. I would recommend

I love the way it looks and you can store so much underneath the bed it is amazing! The white is gorgeous everything is labeled the Allen key is great the instructions are very easy to follow. It took me awhile but once I got it there was no problem. Quality I was surprised

I love this frame for my memory foam mattress! It was quick and easy to assemble and there are holes to attach a headboard and footboard if desired. I didn’t really think too much about the height when i ordered it, it is pretty high with my mattress on it and it could probably use a couple more rubber washers to attach the headboard (is a little squeaky)
