I really like them
They don't change the shape of the basic sole of the shoe. They aren't too soft, and they are firm, but allow your foot to bend. They use a sturdy foam so it doesn't go to pieces like so many other flat insoles I've gotten (I walk a LOT and sometimes jog). I did have to trim in the heel area. They work well in my wider shoes. May seem pricey, but for something that doesn't roll, bunch up, or go to pieces, I think they're worth at least trying. They're definitely better than what you get with new shoes.

Surprisingly comfortable
I bought the 619 inserts and I gotta say I am really surprised with them. I normally wear a 10.5 wide shoe and inserts can be hard to fit properly. These are a near perfect fit. I also bought inserts from Dr scholls and trade home and these 619’s are way better. I didn’t know if I would like a simple flat insert but it’s perfect. I would definitely recommend.

If your foot is on the larger side of the size range, get a bigger size.
I wear size 9.5 so I got the 9-10 size insoles. They are size 9, which is OK if that's what you wear. If you wear 9.5 or 10 they will be too short. Most brands that sell a 9-10 insole sell you a 10 and you trim to fit, not these, you just get gaps at the ends. Other than that they are thick, flat, and firm. A card included in the box says they will soften and form to your foot with time. Only time will tell.

Great!
These are nice and thick (repetitively speaking) and provide cushion for my feet while still providing a minimalist feel. It is hard to find a flat foot insole that stands up to the wear and tare of regular use. These are expensive, but worth the buy. My only advice it to ensure your shoe can handle the extra material thickness. These were not good for my Xero shoes (purchased for bare foot walking) The additional thickness made my toes press up on the top of the shoe.

Absolute GARBAGE: ZERO CUSHION in these $25 pieces of plastic that cost $0.20 to manufacture
In giant BOLD LETTERS the packages says, "CUSHION INSERTS". They offer virtually zero 'cushion' and I weigh 183lbs so *should* easily compress these. They're nearly rigid, and the size 13 I bought doesn't even go to within 1/2" of the end of my size 13 shoes for which I bought them. They will add 6mm of vertical height to you but for cushion and shock absorption, worthless. And they are package with an insert that clearly states to contact THEM if not happy with the product for a no questions asked refund. They responded by telling me I should have Amazon deal with the return. Of course Amazon will but they really should be who has to process returns for this $25 piece of falsely advertised garbage.

Completely flat which is good!
I was hesitant to buy unknown insoles off Amazon but I was very pleased with the product I receivedThese are durable and comfortable and customizable and the best part is that they are completely flatI needed insoles for some very wide Minimalist shoes so I ordered the 15 even though I only wear a 12 to maximize my wideness and just trimmed to fitI'm so pleased with the feeling and the fit of these and would highly recommend this product to people who are minimalist shoe wearers and sensitive to surfaces that are not flat

Great quality perfect fit
I like the fact that they are very firm because soft shoe inserts bottom out in no time these will form to your feet. I will definitely buy more for my other shoes.
