Falling apart
Product arrived with missing pieces and parts broken. You could tell they were broken because of very poor manufacturing rather then a failure in the delivery process. I had to glue parts back together and some parts were missing. The only reason I did not send back this substandard product is that it was a present from my little girls and they would have been devastated if I told them I had to send it back.
