I play of lot of golf in the heat. Liquid IV keeps me hydrated and are very easy to mix. Just open a bottle of water and pour the product into the bottle and shake the bottle and start drinking it. I no longer get leg cramps during and after my golf game.

Really good
These are good for light hangovers to get your day started, not staying hydrated in general, or traveling to a more dry climate. If you're hard core hungover, you'll need an actual IV drip

Think Twice
I have never felt compelled to write a review on any of my hundreds of Amazon purchases over the years until now. If I could give 0 Stars, I would. When I initially received the shipment, I was a little surprised to see it arrive in a plastic bag. There were Three boxes of 15ct servings, and Three individual, loose serving packets. At the time, I felt skeptical about consuming the individual packets, and decided to toss them in the trash. However, at this time I still believed the 15ct boxes, which had a plastic circular tape seal on them, to be safe to consume.I consumed 2 packets over the course of 2 days. The taste did not appear to be as flavorful as I've remembered in the past, but I reasoned it's been some time since I had one and maybe I misremembered. 2 days later and I have been hit with waves of uncontrollable pain in my abdomen region. I have reason to believe I either have appendicitis, kidney stones, or potentially some other damage to my kidneys, liver, and other organs. After trying to think what could be the cause of this, I realized the only change in my diet had been the re-introduction of the Liquid IV. Out of curiosity, I checked the reviews for my purchase to try to ascertain any correlation. Sure enough, I immediately see reviews stating their packages arrived in a similar format to mine. When I was able to safely walk back downstairs, I checked the boxes in my cabinet. Sure enough, I find similar observations, to the point where the SKU codes on the individual sleeves do not match that of the box. This is a clear case of food tampering, as someone did in fact piecemeal each boxes contents together. As others have stated, this is likely impossible to return, nor would I be able to live with myself if I did so and someone else was caused harm. I will obviously expecting a full refund for this purchase at the very least. That should be able to cover the cost of my Uber to the hospital in several hours so doctors can advise me of what injuries I have sustained. I am hopeful the next Administration's Department of Health and Human Services immediately address serious concerns such as these.
