The illustrations, the tips, the science all prove very useful. I was able tom clear up several misunderstandings I had with previous Pilates experiences. Easily the most informative yet easy to use Pilates instruction yet!

This book is excellent! I’m training as a Pilates instructor right now and this book is an amazing tool, it’s made things more clear for me than my training modules. It combines both anatomy as well as the practice. Love love and highly recommend!!

I really like this book. They did a great job illustrating the pictures in an easy to read and understand way the color coordinated muscle groups is very appealing. The information is pretty generic but well done and delivered in a very useful, practical, elegant manner. I would recommend this.

As a new Pilates instructor this is a must have and I love the diversity of the illustrations.

The book covers only mat exercises. I enjoyed the pictures but did not get a lot out of the book. Certainly good for beginners but may not so good for someone with an advanced practice. Would be a good reference book for an instructor.
