Q: The sizing doesn't make sense to me. mens size 13 are way larger than womens size 10, so why arent these marked to fit larger womes sizes?

You can cut them down if they are too large. Men who wear size 10 can cut them down from size 13 to size 10. I don't know about the women's sizes. But again you can cut them down to fit your shoe.

Q: Are these insoles completely flat? Do thay have any kind of arch or anything to them?

They are completely flat. No arch. The memory foam adapts to your foots shape.

Q: The thick ones or thin ones?

These are relatively thin: 3/16" (= 4mm) thick.

Q: Why are these more expensive than Double Air Pillo when these are thinner?

These have a lot of staying power....they don't wear out fast.
