Very easy to set up and install. Pleasantly surprised!
I've had a problem with a leak for some time now, and it's been driving me crazy. I tried replacing the flapper several times, but as it turns out there was a crack in The overflow tube that was allowing water to slowly seep out.This item arrived the day after I ordered it and I just installed it this afternoon. I've never performed this repair in the past, but it was a lot easier than I was fearing. Best of all, problem solved! I don't know how much a plumber charge is to perform this service, but for me, this was a great value for the money.

Fit perfect and no leaks
I installed this flush valve on a Sterling toilet tank. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. They even give you two different seals, one for Kohler and the second one for all others. I was surprised that the Kohler seal was the one that matched perfectly on the Sterling tank. Everything fit perfect and no leaks. I highly recommend this product.

Easy to install and fix leak
Had a slow leak from the tank to the bowl and this fixed my problem. The instruction could be better ordered, so read the whole instructions first instead of installing as you read.

I had a toilet that had some kind of water saver system in it that prevented it from having a good flush. So I purchased this as a replacement and took the water saver system out and chunked it in the garbage. The install of this unit went smooth and it contained all of the necessary hardware to install. Now the toilet flushes like it was meant to with out further water restriction.

Works very well for toilet rehab/repair!
Without too much difficulty, used this flush valve repair kit on an older toilet. Fit very well! Feel secure against toilet leaks. Especially given the ability to control how long the flapper remains open, the toilet flushes very well. No complaints!

The wrench saved the day!
I couldn't find the proper kit at Home Depot or Lowe's. I REALLY needed the wrench that this kit supplied. It saved the day being able to get it the next day with Prime.
