Returned, not as expected

Do your research
My husband researched and purchased this. His comments were: 1) I thought it would accommodate ice but the water box is too small and instructions say ice is not necessary. 2) Does not maintain temperature as expected 3) Works as a back seat fan, if elevated, for our two golden retrievers 4) compact unit. My opinion: not enough research and terribly overpriced for what we received.
