great for when you have your desktop, laptop, & tablet running at the same time.

I bought this set because at work I have two computers for different parts of my job and limited desk space. I've had multi computer mouse and keyboards but didn't want to splurge like on my personal set. I read the reviews and at the time it looked like a great deal. I was so so mistaken.Both the keyboard and mouse CONSTANTLY disconnect! Even with the usb port, they will disconnect! Very few days it swaps with no problems or disconnects, but honestly it feel rare. I constantly have to hit the swapping key like 5-10 times before it will "connect". I've set it to the point where 1-2 bluetooth connections are on one and 3 and the port one is on the other and I just tap them until one of them FINALLY CONNECTS. Often I'll be typing and it will just disconnect!I thought maybe it my old computer that just doesn't have a great bluetooth, but NO, I just got a new computer and it gives me the SAME Issue. I've swapped batteries, tried re-connecting them, etc. I had reached out to customer support on their website and they never emailed me back! Don't waste your money on this horrible product. Spend the extra money to get something that doesn't drive you crazy like me!

These are much heavier than I had anticipated. Regardless, I am pretty happy with it as the keyboard is metal and very durable as I commute to office and home.Super easy to initialize, battery life is Fantastic, seems to ‘sleep’ when not used frequently as a way to save battery which can be minorly annoying sometimes as the keys register slower than expected at first, then works just fine.

My return window closed on oct 6, it's the 10th. It started getting glitchy a couple days ago, and today quit altogether. Changing batteries didn't help. Touché, rapoo. I liked it ok before it quit working, but it was somewhat cumbersome to switch between devices. You need to press 2 keys on the keyboard, and also click between lights on the mouse (which aren't labeled, you just have to remember which one is which). Then it takes a few seconds to connect. Not a seamless switch, and if you need to use more than one device simultaneously, it's time consuming. I ended up with a separate mouse for each monitor, and then just switched the keyboard. Better than juggling three keyboards like before, but still not ideal. I guess I'm glad it went tu, now I have an excuse to try a different one.

The one thing I don’t like about the keyboard is that the edges are sharp.

The keyboard looks nice is quiet and the mouse is a good size. However, I cannot type very fast on it because you have to really bang the keys sometimes for the keys to be responsive. I find myself needing to stop and fix words where letters were skipped every time I use this keyboard and it has impacted my productivity negatively. I’ll be moving to a different keyboard for daily use.
