Firstly, I've had Salter, Weighwatcher and various other scales. I have no idea why scales don't like my house, but I only have carpets or lino to weigh on. So to try and get consistently accurate weighs, I've had my various scales on a totally flat piece of wood (spirit level confirms it's level). No scales weighed the same number twice in succession. Some scales won't 'settle' onto one weight. I've tried so many bathroom scales and none seem to get a consistent accurate reading.So I decided to try these scales based on the reviews. Amazing! I open the app, step on - within a few seconds the weight settles and the app pings to say the reading has been accepted. I can get on and off and weigh 3 or 4 times and I get the exact same reading each time. At last, accurate scales!!!! And the app is awesome too. It logs your weigh-ins and you can see the 'trend' which shows your weight loss/gain on a chart. It also calculates your BMI and obviously, you can decide on pound, stone and pounds or kg's. You don't have to use the app as your weight comes up with a large, clear display. But I do recommend the app. It's really easy to use - add your name, height, sex and then step on the scales. So so easy! I really wish I'd found these years ago, I would have saved myself so much frustration.A few weeks on, I'm still in love with these scales. They are made of thick glass, the two silver outside strips under the glass help you stand on the same spot every time. These scales are the best.

I really struggled to find a scale with a high weight limit. They all tended to cost a pretty penny. However this scale offers a high limit at a reasonable price. It feels sturdy on the glass plate and weighs pretty fast in under 10 seconds. It’s accurate as far as I can tell from being weighed at the GP. The app offers some extra functionality that is helpful as well as bmi tracking. Overall this is well worth the buy for those a that are over 200kg!

These scales are great, and they're calibrated well out of the box (compared against the scales at my doctor's office). Readings are repeatable and settle on the same value to a precision of 0.05kg.Normally when you get a companion app for something like this, it's a bit questionable or has limited functionality. The Vitafit Android app on the other hand is really good. It's clear and intuitive and does exactly what you'd want and no more. Shows weight and BMI on the main page, and the graphing functionality has selectable day/week/month averages so you can see trends over time. If you leave it paired with your phone, it connects and uploads results only when the app is open, so you won't get spurious numbers from other people using your scales in the interim. I'm mighty impressed.

I was worried about them holding the weight but they really are sturdy and capable. I don’t bother with the app as just use them to measure weight. The screen is large and easy to read. Would highly recommend!

The weight balance is precise, but it's important to note that the app is solely designed for tracking weight.

Very impressed with these bathroom scales. For the money they do exactly what they say they will, look great in the bathroom and once you open the app when you use them they store your results on the app on your phone. You can see at a glance week by week the weights and it also records your BMI - giving you the opportunity to keep a very close eye on what you’re doing. You also get a prompt weekly to measure yourself (if that’s important to your way of weight loss). All in all very impressive set of scales.

The numbers are bright and easy to use, you can switch between kg and stone very durable, easy to use, great value. Meets my needs and a great scale for people on the bigger size too! Very happy with this product
